[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a gift about a month ago and it’s been a wonderful addition to my cooking collection. I love my cast iron skillets but this pan has brought a different type of clean up to the cooking game. I love the way it evenly heats up and cooks everything I’ve put in it evenly. The clean up is awesome! Wipe the pan out and rinse it off and you’re done.

I recently received this pan as a gift and therefore I’ve only used it for a short while. I have thoroughly enjoyed the ease of cooking with it and especially like how easy it is to clean. I like using EVOO especially when sautéing vegetables. Contrary to some reviews I have read, I did not experience the oil staying on the outside edges of the pan. In fact, I thought the oil itself was evenly distributed in the pan. I have also read some reviews where burning or food sticking to the pan was a problem. I can only guess that maybe this was a result of cooking on a high flame. Fortunately, I have not experienced this either. I do cook at medium to low heat on a gas burner which may be the reason why. I am really looking forward to using the pan in the oven since I currently do not have a pan that is oven safe. At this point, I would definitely recommend this pan to anyone looking for a healthy, well-built pan that cleans up effortlessly!

I've fried Chicken in this Pan twice let's just say I, love this pan it's one of my Favorites. I,didn't have a mess easy to clean and store. I, Highly recommend this Green Pan.

These pan are amazing to cook with. They work flawlessly on my induction cooks top. I can bring the pan and oil to a higher temperature and then throw the veggies in. They cook up beautifully. The glass lid is a very helpful accessory, especially when cooking at lower temperatures and trying to retain the heat and moisture before serving. Cleaning is a breeze.

Everything is 5 stars with this awesome Valencia Frypan. The design is also beautiful. I will definitely look into buying more cookware from this brand in the future.

I am very happy with this Frying Pan. The pan is made very good and is heavy, which is what I like; I don't care for thin, light pans. They do not last ling and also burn things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this pan! Can cook just about anything in this pan and it will not stick. It's the perfect size for grilled cheese or scrambled eggs and just for 1 or 2 people cooking. It holds it's heat well and cools down quick, it also cleans very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Valencia Pro Ceramic Non Stick Frypan is non stick heaven. I have put this pan to the test and nothing sticks to it. Everything comes out with ease. It is not heavy and is very durable. Always my go to pan.

It is easy to clean and the ceramic nonstick is a dream. It is lightweight but extremely sturdy and I found that my food cooked quickly and evenly.
