First time I've ever been able to cook multiple eggs, turn them over with no breakage and cook them perfectly. Fries bacon and other meats just right. I absolutely love this pan!

Cleaning is such a breeze with warm soapy water afterwards. Made my family some eggs and also some pork belly. Everything came out awesome. Loved the size as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Original Green Pan Valencia Collection 12” frypan heated up quickly and cooked evenly without any hot spots. It cleaned up easily with just soap and water. Although I did not use the dishwasher this time, the packaging does state that it is dishwasher safe as well. I would like to also mention, that although I used a metal utensil while cooking, there was no damage to the pan. This is a professional grade frypan and I recommend you adding it to your kitchen. It may be the only frypan that you will want to uses.

It makes cooking healthy foods easier. The healthy ceramic nonstick surface is a plus. Not only can it go from stove to oven, means I get the double use. It's not heavy like some skillet's are. Whether I'm using, silicon, wood or metal utensils, I know it won't chip or scratch.

I cooked several different things in here and none of them left any stuff stuck to the pan which is super nice. I also ran it through the dishwasher without any issues.

It cooks food so well compared to my older pots and pans. The ground turkey I made using this new pan was an incredibly noticeable change! It cooked evenly unlike some pans can cause uneven cooking causing you to either over cook or undercook. This pan has a textured bottom unlike my other pans which helps prevent sliding while on the burner, makes me feel safer with my little ones while cooking. Overall this pan is amazing and worth every penny!!!

Not only is it nonstick, but it also is such a gorgeous color and cleans so easily in the dishwasher. I almost feel like I can hand wash it easier than putting it in the washer. No doubt would reccommend.
