[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this pan a cpuple weeks ago and have had a chance to use it a few times. So far I really like it. It is nice and heavy and retains the heat quite well. The lip is nice on it and it seems very well made. The non stick surface seems durable and I hope it will maintain its non-stick throughout its life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is excellent! I see why it's listed as America's Test Kitchen favorite. I have tried ceramic pans before and they weren't as good as they claimed. They weren't easy to clean and the ceramic stuff wore out over time. This pan is non-stick, heats up well, and is very easy to clean. I have tried several different kinds of foods in it, and it cooks and cleans just as easy with egg whites (which is one things that usually sticks on any pan) as it does with anything else. I've cooked vegetables, eggs, chicken, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, pancakes and even white sauce. Everything comes right out with a simple wipe. I used to think that 12 inches was too big, but this is the perfect size for most of the things I cook. I can fit 4 pieces of bacon in it, I can cook several pancakes at once, and the number of hashbrowns I can cook is better. Since I don't have a skillet, I use this pan for most of my cooking and it gets used daily. I'm hoping it will stand the test of time and continue working for years to come. I would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In case you are a person to purchase your cookware online without any thought for what standard size cookware might be and/or what size might most practically fit in your cooktop, let me go ahead and warn you: this 12” pan is extremely large! But it is absolutely excellent quality. Non-stick, easy to clean, etc. I have found joy in being able to cook nearly anything without concern that it will spill over and without concern that the handle will get too hot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK so I’ve tried to use his pain as much as possible so I can write a good review on it because some nonstick pans come that way and they were great for a while and then also need to seems to disappear so far so good with this pan is keeping its nonstick great doesn’t seem to be the heavy duty is depends but as long as you’re not throwing it around it seems likely to hold up for a long time

My wife used this pan to make some fried Taters they turned out evenly cooked and was wonderful. The pan heats up every fast, with her other pans she would use higher heat levels, a low to medium heat setting was all it needed. She loves this fry pan. She wants to buy the rest of the collection. With proper care this pan should last for years. Metal utensil safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had several different 'non-stick' pans of the years, and so far this one is near the top of my list. So long as you are using it properly and not going above medium heat, it cooks perfect and everything slides right out. Other pans I've had will do the same, but after a week or so they start to stick some, or get put too high on the heat. This one is holding up strong after a couple weeks now of regular use. The egg molds are great to have and are used almost daily. The spatula is sturdy but has enough flex to get a good scrape on the curve of the pan. The lid and handle are a little heavier than I expected, and with smaller hands may be nice to have a thinner handle, but doesn't get hot so worth it.

This is a versatile pan that can be used for so many things and the slanted sides keep food from spilling over the edges. The handle is comfortable to hold - I have small hands so this is always something I check for in cookware. The plan cleans beautifully and overall we are highly satisified.

It is pretty heavy with a thick bottom so it conducts the heat very evenly. Reading instructions before using, it said that you may find that you can use a lower heat setting and I found this to be true. The first thing I made in this pan was fried eggs and they slid around the pan effortlessly with just a small amount of butter. Clean up was a breeze because of the nonstick surface also. I'm now eyeing the whole set and am hinting that is what i want for Christmas.
