I chose this pan because ATK selected this pan as the winner out of all the ceramic non-stick fry pans that they tested. After using this pan several times, I can see why ATK gave it a glowing review. This frying pan is non-toxic which is one of the features I like about this pan. It doesn’t have PFAS, PFOA, lead or cadmium which is great. I have used this pan several times and I like how well it heats up and evenly cooks my food. Food has never stuck to bottom of this pan which makes cleaning it a breeze. This is a very high quality pan that can be used on a variety of stovetops. I used this on my electric, glass top stove and I didn’t encounter any issues. I highly recommend this high quality non-toxic frypan.

I am very happy with this Frying Pan. The pan is made very good and is heavy, which is what I like; I don't care for thin, light pans. They do not last ling and also burn things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Green Pan - Valencia Frypan is a great replacement for some older pans that had just worn out or were no longer 'nonstick' due to scratches in the surfaces. I have used it to cook many dishes from simple eggs to more complex dishes like Shrimp Rice Stir Fry. Nothing has stuck. I have only used bamboo or silicone utensils and I only hand wash the pan. I would recommend this cookware as long as it is cared for properly.

Very versatile, whether I'm cooking an egg or sautéing vegetables, it performs extremely well and conducts and retains heat similar to my cast iron pans but a lot lighter. Just the right size when I'm only cooking for two. Very easy to clean afterwards.

These pan are amazing to cook with. They work flawlessly on my induction cooks top. I can bring the pan and oil to a higher temperature and then throw the veggies in. They cook up beautifully. The glass lid is a very helpful accessory, especially when cooking at lower temperatures and trying to retain the heat and moisture before serving. Cleaning is a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Green Pan! It has so many wonderful features. First it is free of PFAS, PFOA. LEAD & CADMIUM. This is very important to me. It is also metal utensil safe, oven and broiler safe, dishwasher safe, and extremely durable. It is a nice big size which i love. I’ve used it for eggs, pancakes and french toast. It’s so nice to finally have a pan that is truly non stick. I do add a small amount of butter to the pan beforehand but it’s not very much. I couldn’t be happier with a piece of cookware! I would highly recommend this frying pan to everyone looking for a versatile new piece of cookware.

Super easy to clean, everything just comes right off with a bit of water, the gold standard of non-stick. It’s also a great size I can cook bacon and have all the slices laying flat! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Valencia Pro 12” frypan has been a great addition to our kitchen. The frypan has been great for all meals, various foods and especially for breakfast when cooking eggs. The pan is fairly lightweight but solid enough to cook properly. The nonstick feature works amazing and is very helpful when cooking certain foods that would normally stick to your pan, the nonstick feature also helps with easy cleaning. A quick rinse with a light dishtowel was the only thing needed to clean the nonstick pan. The frypan doesn’t take much heat to get started, cooks very evenly and only requires a very small amount of butter or oil to cook properly. It is very important to follow the instructions of the pan to ensure longevity of your product. Overall, I am very pleased with the frypan and I am very excited to have a well-constructed pan added to my kitchen items.
