From my experience so far the handle doesn't get hot. Easy to clean which is always a plus. I would recommend to a friend or family member.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like making grilled sandwiches and crepes, and my old, worn Teflon-coated fry pan has raised center intended to drain fat and oil away from the food. This makes them quite a challenge to prepare. This new ceramic-coated pan is very flat; anything you pour in the center forms a perfect circle. It also heats very evenly and quickly on my radiant cooktop. I recently made a nice grilled cheese sandwich to test out the pan and it was so evenly browned! The best part is that nothing seems to stick to the ceramic surface, not even some cheese that oozed out; it just wiped off. You might worry that the metal handle would get hot, but it stays amazingly cool to the touch. This is my new favorite pan!

I have a whole set that I purchased a couple of years and they are still in great shape, so I am happy to add this one to my collection. These heat up really nicely and quickly, in fact you may need to lower your heat a bit compared to what you are used to. So easy to clean too, and no issues ever with things sticking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cook dinner atleast 6 days a week and then on the weekends usually breakfast or lunch both days so I do lots of cooking. I usually use a 16" pan but having a little smaller as in this 12" comes in handy. I can fit this pan and multiple others on my burners all at the same time which is a major plus, with my bigger pans I couldn't use all of my burners at the same time like I can with this pan. It's truly non stick and I have had no problems with any food items sticking, it's also super easy to wash I can mainly just wipe clean and we are good to go until the next time I need it. I would have perfered that the pan come with a lid but luckily I had one on hand that fit this perfectly. The look and style of the pan go with everything else I have. The handle does not get hot when cooking which makes this one of my most frequently used pans now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is absolutely the best for making homemade egg mcmuffins! The eggs cook evenly and don't stick to the pan. The little trays help you to shape the eggs so they are shaped perfectly for an english muffin. I use this literally everyday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan cooks great! I’ve used it to cool several things and you don’t need high heat at all. I didn’t go over medium heat to cook chicken breasts and they were nice and browned. Even eggs don’t stick with just the tiniest bit of butter.

No issues at all with sticking and the pan is super easy to clean. I really liked the Magneto base and the heat distribution of the pan. Overall a very good everyday pan.

First time I've ever been able to cook multiple eggs, turn them over with no breakage and cook them perfectly. Fries bacon and other meats just right. I absolutely love this pan!
