I dropped them 1 time and they broke

The box is full of scratches!!!

Just not water proof everything else is perfect

the sound is great, the fit is great, nice and snug but comfortable; however, I bought them for noise canceling AND THAT THEY ARE NOT!!! They will be going back!!!

This would have been 5 stars, the Bluetooth connection to my television, took a while, once I connected it, it has a great sound, so far so good, I like that it has a case that come with it, the charging cable is short

Very good sound quality

​As an initial disclaimer, I cannot offer direct purchasing advice. However, I can outline the pros and cons of this product. ​The primary advantage (Pro) is its exceptional quietness, which surpasses its competitors, the XM4 and XM5. The fact that it is also approximately $100 cheaper than those models makes it a significant value proposition. I previously owned both the XM4 and XM5 before acquiring this one, as I was specifically seeking a headset with excellent noise cancellation that could also reliably register voice commands. ​While its noise cancellation is very good, its inability to consistently hear my commands is the main disadvantage (Con). Furthermore, the two competitor models offer slightly superior bass quality, which represents the only other notable difference I observed.

once you doenload the sound connect app and fiddle with the eq they sound amazing. the bass is spectacular on these!
