Hi Aiden,<br />Thanks for the feedback on your WH-ULT900N.<br /><br />We&#39;re really sorry to hear that the sound quality isn&#39;t living up to your expectations, especially when it comes to the bass.<br /><br />To get that deep bass you&#39;re looking for, try pressing the physical ULT button on the side of the earcup.
