[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is really comfortable! The one I tried is firm and it feels very nice to sleep on. It did not make my back hurt at all. I’m really happy with it! I do wish there were straps on the sides. That would have made it much easier to get into place. Without straps there isn’t really anything to hold onto when you try to move the mattress. It’s amazing how this big mattress fit into the box that was delivered to my home! It was a very heavy box, again without handles so not the easiest to move, but still a whole queen size mattress was inside which is very remarkable in my opinion.

I have been getting the greatest sleep of my life from this queen sized mattress that arrived in a relatively small box! The set up was incredibly easy, we laid the rolled up mattress onto the box spring cut it open and within minutes it was fully in place and ready for use. I chose the firm mattress and I am so pleased with the level of support and comfort it provides, no more tossing and turning all night. The mattress fabric is both sturdy and soft. My favorite thing about this mattress is that the temperature stays consistent and comfortable throughout the night, I no longer am waking up and discarding blankets because I’m hot. The mattress is so comfortable - a perfect balance of firmness and support. I highly recommend the five star mattress in a box by Serta for comfort, ease, and value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As comfortable as this bed is you would never think that it came rolled up in a box the fact that I was able to get this in my room on my bed frame so easily without any installation any problems is great I just got rid of a mattress it was a king size and now I size down just a bit to get this queen and I was so thrilled to be able to try this out and receive this in exchange for my honest review the fact that it's comfortable cooling sized well it's firm but still hugs the body it's a great mattress it's going to last it's built well all seems are sown completely closed it's just great

Upon taking the plastic off it it inflated super quick and fit our bed perfectly. Night 1 we got great sleep and by day 3 after we had wore it in a little it got even more comfortable. This mattress is a great deal for the money and I will recommend to others.

I thought I must’ve been sent the wrong size. Wrong to prejudge! As soon as I took it out of box and cut through the plastic it inflated into a beautiful Queen, very firm mattress. It is a miracle. The mattress is high quality, very comfortable. We love it. It comes in different firmness levels….we love a firm mattress and this one didn’t disappoint in any category. I also appreciate the material and color/quality of the mattress material. I’ve bought more expensive mattresses that were not this good. I will also add I’m extremely picky/discerning and am beyond impressed with this mattress! Well-done, Serta!
