Upon taking the plastic off it it inflated super quick and fit our bed perfectly. Night 1 we got great sleep and by day 3 after we had wore it in a little it got even more comfortable. This mattress is a great deal for the money and I will recommend to others.

The mattress is so comfortable - a perfect balance of firmness and support. I highly recommend the five star mattress in a box by Serta for comfort, ease, and value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As comfortable as this bed is you would never think that it came rolled up in a box the fact that I was able to get this in my room on my bed frame so easily without any installation any problems is great I just got rid of a mattress it was a king size and now I size down just a bit to get this queen and I was so thrilled to be able to try this out and receive this in exchange for my honest review the fact that it's comfortable cooling sized well it's firm but still hugs the body it's a great mattress it's going to last it's built well all seems are sown completely closed it's just great

I have been getting the greatest sleep of my life from this queen sized mattress that arrived in a relatively small box! The set up was incredibly easy, we laid the rolled up mattress onto the box spring cut it open and within minutes it was fully in place and ready for use. I chose the firm mattress and I am so pleased with the level of support and comfort it provides, no more tossing and turning all night. The mattress fabric is both sturdy and soft. My favorite thing about this mattress is that the temperature stays consistent and comfortable throughout the night, I no longer am waking up and discarding blankets because I’m hot. Support for my back and hips is perfect, not too firm and not too soft. I suffer from severe pain in those joints and this helps a lot. The material of the mattress itself is high quality and, although I’ve had this for just about a couple weeks, I can tell that it will last.

It came in a box and it fully expanded and ready to use within minutes. Didn’t have to wait for hours like other mattresses in a box. It is so comfortable, not too firm and not soft at all! I was nervous because it is plush pillow top, but it’s durable, doesn’t sink, and is a perfect amount of plush. Very supportive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some of my thoughts on this mattress (I was initially hesitant to choose a boxed mattress) are that it is soft, perfect for a back sleeper or stomach. There is no indentation so far. It was easy to unpack and unfold. It really fluffed up quickly. I feel that this will be a very durable mattress, but probably not long lasting. It also is not so good for someone with who has issues with their hips while sleeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a nice mattress. It inflated quickly after taking it out of the box. It’s not as soft as my other mattress so I’m not sure how I feel about that yet. To be fair, I’ve had my old mattress for longer than I’d like to admit so I’m used to that particular mattress and it will take longer than a couple weeks to get used to. It is very comfortable though and the mattress itself is very cool, the gel foam is supposed to promote airflow and dissipate heat I’d say it does that pretty well.

It’s very durable but can be a bit to much soft! Not bad at all! Definitely comfortable as well! I would get this again but if it’s a bit more firm! And I never seen something like how it came in the package! Great packaging! It was a thick one as well! Was not expecting it!
