These were awful tasting compared to the dark chocolate ghirardelli wafers sams used to sell. It also did not melt well in a double boiler. it was still chunky no matter what i did and was cloudy after freezing. very weird consistency. stay away.

Terrible! Taste is gross and it looks terrible, discolored. Very disappointing. The white wafers were terrible also. Bring back the Ghirardelli that you used to have. I'd pay more for something that taste decent.

I was so disappointed in these. They melted amooth for about 1 minute, but the moment anything hit the air, it hardened immediately. These were awful to work with. Bring back the Ghirardelli melting wafers!

ive bought these in years past and they were great. but this year they are absolutely terrible. they just bind up and wont melt all the way. super disappointed

this has the weirdest taste. like a weird vanilla smell %26 odd taste. not a fan. please bring back the Ghirardelli. it was leaps %26 bounds better than this.

It ruined my famous turtle cookies. I warned the chocolate the same as the giradelli chocolate but these turn white horrible quality and taste. Not sure why so many rated this high. Horrible. It's takes hours of manual labor to create these cookies.

The wafers did not melt well. Dipping candies was very difficult as the chocolate stayed quite thick. The taste is average, a little too sweet.

Tastes artificial. Used to buy the Ghirardelli melting wafers which were amazing. The Member's Mark version tastes nothing like chocolate.

Bring back the Ghirardelli ones that you sold before. These are gross, no real cocoa and the flavor is just not good at all.
