This melting chocolate has very creamy milk chocolate taste. I prefer the double broiler method to melt. I let the bowl cool after melting and using the product, the chocolate turned solid and easily popped right off my metal bowl. The easiest cleanup. My 4yr and 10yr sons love to snack on the chocolate wafers.

Melts well and tastes great. Makes dipping Oreos or Ritz cracker peanut butter sandwiches fun for dipping and decorating for the holidays. Buy yourself an extra bag or save the leftovers for fondue or Valentines treats. We love these and how easily and smoothly it melts in the microwave.

I was excited to find a big bag of melting wafers. I do a lot of candy making for the holidays. If I want a darker chocolate flavor I just add more chocolate chips to the wafers. Thanks for finding them for your customers!!

This chocolate is wonderful. I dipped strawberries and blueberries in it and it tastes great. It did seem to crack easier than another chocolate I have used, but let’s be honest, all that matters is the taste. I recommend this for dipping fruit.

I know these are chips for melting but I like to keep them in the freezer for snacking. They are like little frozen chocolate drops that melt in your mouth. You can choose how many or little you’d like.

The chocolate is easy to melt in the microwave to use for a drizzle, dipping fruit/pretzels etc. It says it’s chocolate flavored so it works well with other things but wasnt a fan of it on its own. It melted smoothly but it didn’t stick to berries very well, pretzels were fine though! After the chocolate cooled it hardened quickly but the color changed slightly.

I had high hopes based on the reviews, but this chocolate does NOT tasted good. It definitely tastes like "knock off" artificially-flavored chocolate. I bought two bags, used one, but will be returning the other. The price is great, obviously, and they melt and set up well, but the taste will just ruin whatever you are using it for. Today I bought a bag of Ghirardelli melting wafers, and there's just no comparison. Of course they are significantly more expensive, but for the vastly better taste, it's worth it.

I'm so disappointed I bought 2 bags of the milk chocolate and 2 bags of the white vanilla ones to dip pretzels for a gift. The milk chocolate dried with a dull whitish finish that looks terrible. It looks like the chocolate is old, but I literally just purchased it and the expiration date is January 2027. The pretzels looked so bad that I felt the need to explain to the recipient how sorry I was and that the chocolate was just purchased and not expired despite how dull the chocolate dried. I am returning the unopened bags tomorrow. Sam's Club why did you ever stop carrying the large bags of Ghirardelli melting chocolate?? It was much better quality!! Please bring it back if you can! I would be willing to pay a little more for a better quality product! I was hoping to use this for the holidays but I guess not now

If you're using for your Christmas cooking, don't. Imitation chocolate that tastes like chemicals. This product didn't even look like chocolate after it was melted and dried on pretzels.

The quality of this chocolate is TERRIBLE. I own a baking business and this is down right disrespectful compared to the Ghirardelli bags you once carried. I highly recommended to stop trying to convert all your ingredients to members mark versions because they do NOT compare to high quality brands. I had to cut this chocolate with way too much shortening for it to even dip and it left the ugliest finish. Thank god I did a test batch. Sams has definitely lost its luster since covid.
