The melting chocolate wafers have a nice rich chocolatey flavor. I can't wait to try them for chocolate covered strawberries and other fruits. I'm not sure if I would recommend having the wafers shipped as mine were not melted but a little soft upon arrival. They were packed in a cooler with small ice packs, but maybe if the cooler or ice packs were different it would've made a difference. I don't know but the ice packs I received were not cold. And although the wafers were a little soft, they still maintained their shape....

My daughters love when we have these! I try to keep them in the freezer. They will throw a handful in the melter and make chocolate strawberries, pretzels, marshmallows etc for an afternoon snack. They melt up nice and smooth and they can have as much or as little as they want. Love the little wafers!

This melting chocolate has very creamy milk chocolate taste. I prefer the double broiler method to melt. I let the bowl cool after melting and using the product, the chocolate turned solid and easily popped right off my metal bowl. The easiest cleanup. My 4yr and 10yr sons love to snack on the chocolate wafers.

Absolutely love this chocolate, First thing I did when I bought the bag try the chocolate. What a great taste not real sweet not bitter. I found it. I kept eating it as a snack. Finally decided to go to town and put it on some pretzels. Was absolutely fantastic

Love these chocolate melting wafers. They melt quickly. The size. of the wafers are perfect. They taste better melted than solid. I love that you get a large quantity. The melted wafers spread very easily and does not harden when on your fruit or pretzels.

The melting chocolate was great! We used it to dip different types of food. We dipped marshmallows, pretzels, popcorn, and strawberries. My youngest son loved the strawberries dipped in chocolate. The chocolate has now become a staple desert until we empty the bag.

Delicious chocolate for melting or baking. The chocolate wafers are very sweet to eat alone and would be best for baking. I used it to make chocolate covered strawberries. The chocolate melted well but cooled quickly so you need to work fast! The size of the package is great holiday baking!

I used these in a puppy chow recipe and got a lot of compliments that it was very creamy. They melt well and don't burn. They also melt evenly and stay melted for a while which helps while making your dessert. I've also just eaten them by the handful out of the bag. I do store in the refrigerator. Delicious!

I'm so disappointed I bought 2 bags of the milk chocolate and 2 bags of the white vanilla ones to dip pretzels for a gift. The milk chocolate dried with a dull whitish finish that looks terrible. It looks like the chocolate is old, but I literally just purchased it and the expiration date is January 2027. The pretzels looked so bad that I felt the need to explain to the recipient how sorry I was and that the chocolate was just purchased and not expired despite how dull the chocolate dried. I am returning the unopened bags tomorrow. Sam's Club why did you ever stop carrying the large bags of Ghirardelli melting chocolate?? It was much better quality!! Please bring it back if you can! I would be willing to pay a little more for a better quality product! I was hoping to use this for the holidays but I guess not now

If you're using for your Christmas cooking, don't. Imitation chocolate that tastes like chemicals. This product didn't even look like chocolate after it was melted and dried on pretzels.
