I used these in a puppy chow recipe and got a lot of compliments that it was very creamy. They melt well and don't burn. They also melt evenly and stay melted for a while which helps while making your dessert. I've also just eaten them by the handful out of the bag. I do store in the refrigerator. Delicious!

These milk chocolate flavored melting wafers were easy to melt all together. When melted it is definitely on the sweeter side but it’s less sweet when dipped. I really enjoyed them with pretzels, banana chips and nuts. Haven’t tried on fresh fruits yet but I’m sure it would taste delicious as well. Definitely a melting chocolate that’s easier to use in the microwave than others.

These milk chocolate flavored melting wafers melt easily when following directions. It comes to a nice smooth chocolate texture. The quality of the taste leaves a bit to be desired. It has an oily flavor and smell to it. Be careful not to overheat, and do not attempt to reheat. Doing either will result in dried out chocolate.

This is by far the best chocolate melting wafer I’ve used. It melts like butter and I love that hit hardens almost immediately without refrigeration. The chocolate is smooth and not chunky. My chocolate covered strawberries are delicious. I do wish it had more chocolate flavor.

The chocolate is easy to melt in the microwave to use for a drizzle, dipping fruit/pretzels etc. It says it’s chocolate flavored so it works well with other things but wasnt a fan of it on its own. It melted smoothly but it didn’t stick to berries very well, pretzels were fine though! After the chocolate cooled it hardened quickly but the color changed slightly.

The melting chocolate was great! We used it to dip different types of food. We dipped marshmallows, pretzels, popcorn, and strawberries. My youngest son loved the strawberries dipped in chocolate. The chocolate has now become a staple desert until we empty the bag.

I bought the Members Mark last year when Sam's Club stopped carrying the Ghirardelli wafers. Those were the MM dark wafers and were much the same as the name brand. This year they only had the milk chocolate wafers and they are terrible. They taste like the cheap off-brand chocolate that you get at a dollar store. They apparently aren't chocolate, they are "chocolate flavored" and even that is a stretch. When the chocolate sets, it looks dull and unappetizing. It may be a bit more expensive, but get your melting wafers from a reputable craft or candy making supplies store. It will save you in the long run.

These are great for melting and dipping for strawberries. It probably would have worked better if I would have used a double broiler to melt instead of the microwave. In the microwave it hardened too fast. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 - not great to eat plain :)

Rewrite this sentence. My kids love these melting wafers. You can enjoy them with all types of fruits, I made mine with strawberries there very tasty the chocolate its self was not too sweet which I really liked because I do not like very sweet things. Great melting chocolate!

The Members Mark milk chocolate flavored melting wafers are so easy to use! I love that they come in a resealable bag and you can use as many or as little as you’d like. The instructions on the package are incredibly easy to follow. I melted a handful of wafers to satisfy my craving of chocolate covered apricots. I used the microwave method of melting them, took about a minute in the defrost setting. I was able to cover my apricot, some blueberries, almonds, and pretzel sticks just to have a good snack mix. I used a spoon to cover the apricot and pretzels and made the mistake to throw the almonds and refrigerated blueberries together into the bowl with the melted chocolates as the coldness from the blueberries made the chocolate harden a bit and I ended up with almond/blueberry clusters. Flavor-wise, these wafers are good, they have a solid milk chocolate taste; would recommend!
