I have used your towels for ever and love them. I can even get the grandchildren to help clean with them because of the doggie prints. The only detrimental things are that Fun Prints don't come in select a size and the prints are just too pale. The last I bought were so pale I could hardly see the dogs. The prints are important. They help decorate the kitchen and as I said before children love them. (As do I) I know you are trying to cut corners, but do you have to ruin the product by doing so much cutting? Just a little more ink would sure make them look better. Please don't stop making the pet patterns. Thank you.

Other towels with a select-a-size just do not have the power in each size. The small size is never enough as it is with Bounty . With the 2X times the strength is great . I use less with Bounty that other brands

I end up needing to clean my vegetable drawers out every few months. My husband is an avid juicer so we buy a lot of veggies. Unfortunately, sometimes things get shoved in the back or buried and they leave a mess. Just the sheer number of tiny leaves that fall into the drawer end up making a mess. I end up pulling everything out and cleaning up the mess and it always only takes 1 single select-a-size sheet to wipe out the drawers and the bottom of the fridge. I'd rather use a paper towel because I don't like the idea of reusing cloth towels for every circumstance. Bounty Select-A-Size perfectly suits my needs! It's large enough to get the job done without wasting more paper than necessary. I love the plain white because I don't like the idea of dyes coming off on my hands. They are super absorbent and soft so I can use them for many things. I also use them to clean my dog's face and eyes in the morning! Great product!!

We use at least 1 pack of the 6=15 select-a-size per week. Obviously the last 3 packs had no quality control. The tubes and the towels length varies from roll to roll, as much as 3/8 inch causing problems dispensing on my under-cabinet dispenser. They were consistent in the past but not any more. Am looking for some with better quality control.

I am a regular user of Bounty towels. Since I have an electric towel cutter/dispenser, I buy the WHITE, WHOLE sheet rolls. They aren't as expensive as the cut rolls. Bounty towels are very absorbent. I only use white towels. Trying to be careful of dyes, etc., in colors.

Another helpful feature is that they are easy to tear off with one hand..sometimes you just don't have two free hands when you have a mess! These paper towels are so absorbent and strong...the only ones I buy!

I echo what everyone seems to be saying the quality has changed. You may have made changes for absorbency and other features, but you missed the mark if you've adversely impacted other things which are important to customers. Please take it back to the drawing board and address the texture and quality while retaining or improving the absorbency. Also, during the pandemic, the prints disappeared. I get it. Prints are back, but they are lame. There used to be much nicer prints, including seasonal designs, flowers, etc. The prints were a happy bonus when I had to clean up a mess. The prints now are disappointing.

We use the big pack of these paper towels. We use paper towels for everything!! I use them up clean, to wipe our hands, I mean for everything. It's so much easier to just throw away the germs that to have hand towels that you have to wash all the time.we ❤️Bounty!!!!!
