I'll add my voice to the folks who are unhappy about the current quality of Bounty paper towels. When I first used the new package I thought I'd bought the wrong thing they were so inferior to how they used to be. I was willing to pay more for the higher quality, but this formulation is no better than store brands, so this will be my last package of Bounty, sadly, as I've been using them for decades. But it makes no sense to pay extra for the name now that the towels are store-brand quality. There is no need to tell everyone to call customer service - everyone is telling you here in these reviews that they are unhappy with the change in quality. Please let us know if you return to your former formulation and I will gladly return as a customer.

I have been a loyal Bounty customer for years, but I will be looking for a new brand. The recent changes you've made to the product are terrible. Such a disappointing transformation -- these new paper towels fall apart and are less durable than a dollar store brand. I will not buy your product again unless you revert to the previous version. So upsetting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This paper towel makes cleaning easy and convenient. It is very absorbent and the fact that you can select the size you want makes it not only convenient but a money and paper saver. This is by far my favorite paper towel.

regarding Select-a-size: the dang glue that is at the start of each roll AND unfortunately two other places on each roll which is UNNECESSARY usually cause us to waste 6 to 8 sheets. This has happened in the last three large packs we purchased at Sams. I understand marketing..., people use more then buy more but... this is beginning ti tick us off EVEN THOUGH Bounty is the best dang paper towel out there. FYI

It's the only brand I buy, I tried cheaper brands. And that's what you got, cheap. Bounty absorbs alot, with fewer sheets, they are strong enough to clean counters and stove top after some spills from cooking and baking. I love that you can tear off a small or larger section to use. We buy the large pack so that we always have some for house, garage, and camper. The price is good for this product.

With these, I have that choice, instead of using an entire sheet for a small need. It works for so many things such as faces, spills, art projects and much more. Yes, this is my favorite pick of any paper towel. I can use it to wipe my mouth and I have very sensitive skin! You win hands down Bounty!!

Best paper towel on the market. Durable, strong, and doesn't leave lint on mirrors and windows. Highly recommend it if you want a good cleaning, soaking up type of towel. May be pricy compared to others but you will save money because you use far less towels. Love the select a size style

Sometimes when I use the Select-a-Size product, I think it is Bounty selecting the size -- at least one more sheet than I want. Virtually each time I go to tear off a sheet, the perforations at one end (the way I use the roll with the new sheet coming off the top) - to my right, are not adequate to just tear off the sheet. I will either get about a half to 2/3rds of the single sheet I want, or at least 2 sheets. If I want 2 sheets (basically a regular full sheet on other rolls) I end up with an additional chunck because it won't tear cleanly. I have noticed this problem on a regular basis and wonder if the production cutters are bad, or if Bounty is really using the Select-a-Size as a ploy to just sell more towels.

i dont use any paper towels other than bounty, they are the best product for the money. i even gave a roll to a friend of mine to clean up a mess his dog made in his car and now bounty is all that he buys as well.  i would recommend them to anyone and everyone

I could clean up little messes with a half sheet without feeling like I was wasting a ton a paper towel. And it was absorbent enough to clean up the big messes too!
