I have just finished a six pack of Select-a-Size Bounty towels. All six rolls were plagued with poorly perforated sheets, so much so that 80% of the time the towels came out torn. It was impossible to tear off a single towel. One time the towel holder came out of the wall. My next towel purchase will not be Bounty.

They feel thick and quilted and they're very absorbent, so I don't need to use as many of them to clean up a spill as other brands. These are great quality that don't start falling apart when they're wet. Why did you change the select a size paper towels? They are terrible now! They feel like cheap dollar store paper towels. This is a huge mistake and you will be losing so many loyal customers if you don't change back to how they used to be. I feel like I got ripped off and I want my money back! Unfortunately I bought the 12 pack of triple rolls so I will be stuck with these crappy paper towels for a while.

We use the 'Select-a-Size' exclusively for all types of household chores. We won't use anything else! I would like to see a new variation of 'Select-a-Size' - a 5.5" wide roll versus the standard 11" width - this could be a separate product or an additional perforation along the length of the roll.
