You changed the ingredients!

Please be aware that there is a new ingredient in this soap...Benzalkonium Chloride .10%. I found out the hard way that I was allergic to this ingredient!

YES!!!!!!

Very happy. I used to avoid bar soaps because I'm a teen and body wash is "in". I like and always did like bar soap and dial is IT. If you don't like it, your loss. Just because it didn't work for you doesn't mean it won't work for anyone else.

Hate the new formula/scent

We’ve been long time users of Dial Spring Water and used to live it! What has happened? It smells terrible and does not suds up the same. We will be switching to a different brand immediately! Absolutely hate this soap now!

So angry

I’ve been using this for 20 years and I can’t believe the company changes the scent. But WHY? Why would they do this. It is so stupid. I will never buy another single bar of this ever again.

Horrible smell

Had to pick this up since the coconut water bar has been discontinued. I have been a dial soap user for many years. After these three bars have been used I’m going to have to change brands because the smell is atrocious.

Horrible new insecticide scent

I've used this soap for years, but bought a new 12-pack recently and it smells horrible, like insecticide. Can't believe they changed the scent without changing the product name. Looks like I'm not the only dissatisfied customer.

Cheapest, tackiest, cheesiest scent you could possibly imagine!!!

Wife bought "Spring Water" scent by mistake. It's so bad we can't use it. It is the cheapest, tackiest, cheesiest scent you could possibly imagine. WOW!!! Holly Cow Dial!!!!!! I'm sure there is huge market for it though. LOL!!!
