This is a great bar soap for the value. I recently started using more bar soap instead of body wash and this leaves me feeling cleaner. It does not dry out my skin (even on my face). I do wish it lathered a little more, but I think that's just because I've been so used to liquid body wash. The scent is amazing, a light clean aroma. Excellent value.

Growing up, gold Dial soap was the "gold standard" (no pun intended!) for cleaning oneself up after any kind of messy job, especially a dirty, smelly one. My dad worked manual labor his whole life, so a bar of gold Dial was a fixture in the shower. As an adult, I've occasionally been prompted to use Dial before a medical procedure but haven't otherwise purchased it since. Dial Refresh & Renew is not the Dial soap of my childhood! It has all of the same cleaning power and antibacterial properties, but the fragrance is a huge upgrade! It smells like an expensive body wash rather than the fairly neutral scent I'm accustomed to. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, and I feel clean afterwards. Though I did need to use moisturizer on my skin after washing, it didn't feel harsh or overly drying. I'm pleased with this product.

Today we tried the dial refresh and renew deodorant soap which is antibacterial for the win!! We grabbed spring water scent, it does offer the clean rinse technology, so it doesn't feel like you have heavy soap build up hanging around. My 15 year old daughter has had over ten surgeries and is prone to infections. She has to use an antibacterial soap, which isn't always easy to find. She said it smells good, leaves her feeling clean, and helps with the stress knowing it's helping fight germs. I have found it to be a good fit for our half bathroom in the sink, and is going to be added to our soap on a rope loofah for helping control outbreaks. We are a family with sensitive skin, and so far we have not had any issues with this one causing any breakouts. We look forward to keeping this soap around.

My husband is a farmer who works long, physically demanding hours, most of them outside in the elements, which right now includes very humid heat. He gets very dirty, greasy, grimey and sweaty, so he needs something besides a flowery scented, moisturizing soap. Dial Refresh & Renew bars are perfect for what he needs because they provide both a refreshing deodorant capability but also provide antibacterial qualities for extra tough cleaning jobs. The size, shape, and contour of the bars are perfect for shower time and I'm pleased to report my husband was thrilled to know he now has this 16 pack of soap to get him through the upcoming months.

I love Dial refresh and renew bar soap in the spring water scent. I sweat profusely so this soap gives me confidence that my skin and armpits are clean and prepped for the day. The soap lathers nice and rinses clean. I don't feel any residue and it's gentle enough for my sensitive skin. The fact that it's antibacterial and a clean fresh scent is a bonus!

The spring water scent on this soaps is fresh and clean but not too strong or fake smelling. It makes a lot of foam fast so you do not need to use much to wash your hands. I feel like it actually gets rid of germs and my hands feel really clean after. It does not dry out my skin like other antibacterial soaps do which I love. For the price the whole 16 pack is way cheaper than buying single bars at the store.

I consider this bar soap to be a good value. It has a pleasant, traditional soap smell--clean without being overly perfumed. As such it is suitable for the whole family. It lathers easily and produces a unique slick feeling that lingers even when rinsed. The level of moisturizer left behind was almost overwhelming but it neutralized after drying with a towel. The bar is white in appearance and appears to be free of dyes and color. The bar is advertised as a large size but seemed traditional, yet adequate, in size. Very little scent is left behind after rinsing which makes this even more universal in appeal. Personally I like stronger scented products, but those who need something more mild may turn to this option.

I don't use bar soaps very often because they generally dry out my skin. I did find that this also dried out my skin a bit as well. The scent is fresh, and a nice mild scent. it cleans well and it's something I'll use for cleaning up dirtier times, like working out in the yard or on the car. I think it would work well for that.

The bar is VERY odiferous. I am storing the package in another room in a plastic bag to prevent the scent from being absorbed by my towels. I like the shape of the bar. The texture of the bar feels good in your hand. Decent larger. It also rodents away without leaving your hands super dry or with as film, which is nice.
