Honestly, I didn't notice any drastic change to the scent of this soap, which I have purchased frequently. My issue is the bar seems to fall apart even though I've only used it a couple times while it still has its bar shape. Obviously there's been some formulation change that's causing this, probably to appease environmentalists.

First, it's from an iconic brand & secondly, it's antibacterial so not only is it good for washing my body but also my hands. I find the smell of the soap to be light & fresh & long lasting. Also when I go to rinse the soap off I don't have worry about any annoying residue on my body. I recommend this soap to any & everybody.

I hate the lingering stinking headache that Dial soap creates. It’s so bad that I’ve got to leave the house after my parents use it and they’ve been kind enough to ‘quarantine’ the bar after use, but it’s penetrated the plastic container and seems to have created a chemical bond with it. Horrible!

I have used other Dial soaps in the past and find this one just as moisturizing and fresh as the others. The fragrance was wonderful and I plan to buy this soap in the future. So I got to try the spring water Dial bar soap. it is antibacterial , clean rinsing and it's also a deodorant soap I enjoyed this bar soap a lot better than the old kinds of dial bar soaps. It really is clean rinsing and it smells really good and you can use it for washing your hands bathing whatever the situation it's very versatile. It fits in with family. My husband and my kids used it also . My children have sensitive skin and it didn't bother their skin at all. if you like fresh scents and clean rinsing soap I mean it rinses really clean and it's real rich and it suds up really well too I recommend this product 100%. Very impressive Dial! Can't wait to try the other new soaps

I used to like Dial Coconut Water bar soap, which, sadly, has been discontinued. Decided to try Dial Spring Water. The moment I opened it I knew I had made a mistake. Ugh! Overpowering perfume smell! I have 12 bars of this nasty soap. Sigh. Manufacturers always seem to discontinue good things and replace them with inferior products.

I've been using this soap for years and immediately noticed a difference in the last batch I purchased. I'm actually relieved to read other reviews about this horrible scent because I was worried that it was just me. You've lost a loyal customer, Dial. This soap smells like PineSol got spilled into the mix. It's really bad.

I have been using the Dial Spring Water bar soap for 20 years and recently they just changed the scent. The new scent is absolutely obnoxious and I can no longer use this soap now. Please bring back the old spring water scent! Why would you change something that worked so well for so long? I will seek out another brand now which is so disappointing.
