I loved this soap. Absolutely loved it. Now I can't stand it. I've used this exclusively for the past 4 years and went to buy a new pack after I ran out and it felt like a slap in the face. I didn't mind the shape change, but the scent change was so disappointing. Before it smelt fresh, clean, and very pleasant. Now it has this horrible medicinal old person smell that assaults your senses. Bring back the old smell please!

I'm actually relieved to read other reviews about this horrible scent because I was worried that it was just me. You've lost a loyal customer, Dial. This soap smells like PineSol got spilled into the mix. It's really bad.

After using a few times I was very impressed with how easily it washed off and how soft it left my skin. I was also extremely impressed on how well it smelled. I received the Spring Water scent, it was so clean and fresh smelling! I will definitely be purchasing the soap bars again and I want to try the body wash in Spring Water scent now. Please bring back the old spring water bar soap. Or let us know where to purchase the old soap. This new bar is disgusting. I don’t say that to be mean but the smell literally made me sick to my stomach. I’ve been using dial for over 40 years. I started with the almond bar soap. I tried the body wash in spring water but that leaves you a greasy sticky mess. Help me or I have to now find another brand.

Not the same product that I have been buying for at least 25 years. My newly purchased 12 bar package is not new and improved! I can hardly stand using it as it reeks of a unexplained odor. What happened to the "spring water" scent? Please tell me that this isn't the scent that you want!
