I’ve used this soap for years after the White Tea scent was discontinued. However, my most recent packages of the Spring Water bar soap smell completely different than before. It used to be a subtle, fresh scent but now my partner tells me they smell like a toilet deodorizer. They are much more pungent now and I hope the old formulation returns soon.

I have been using the Coconut Water bar soap since it came out, it was my family's go-to soap, it was gentle on our skin and smelled good. I was very disappointed when I went to get a new package and it was GONE!! If I had known it was going to be disc. I would have stocked up! Now if you want to get more, you basically need to buy it on the black market and pay an excessive amount of money which I refuse to do. I guess I will need to look for something else. I was reading the other reviews and it seems like many people enjoyed the soap, and the response from Dial is a basic robotic response, how about an explanation? Listen to your consumers and bring back the Coconut Water bar soap. Without us, the consumer, you have no business! I would give the new product no stars if I could. I can not believe anyone would like the new ones over the original product.

My husband still likes his Dial antibacterial soap which is ok as well still in the Dial soap family so I'm completely satisfied but the new Dial complete Spring water is my go to soap now.

I used to like Dial Coconut Water bar soap, which, sadly, has been discontinued. Decided to try Dial Spring Water. The moment I opened it I knew I had made a mistake. Ugh! Overpowering perfume smell! I have 12 bars of this nasty soap. Sigh. Manufacturers always seem to discontinue good things and replace them with inferior products.

I've been using this soap for years and immediately noticed a difference in the last batch I purchased. I'm actually relieved to read other reviews about this horrible scent because I was worried that it was just me. You've lost a loyal customer, Dial. This soap smells like PineSol got spilled into the mix. It's really bad.
