We bought the "little" roller coaster when our son was about 2 and he loved it. When I saw this coaster in a parents magazine for best Christmas ideas, I knew he would love it now that he is older and bigger. I DO make him wear a helmet, not so much because of the height, but because it goes FAST when it comes off the ramp. We have actually had to make a "bumper zone" to stop him coming down the side of our house. This would be my ONLY safety suggestion- to make sure you have a stopping zone! Otherwise, this coaster is truly a find, very durable yet light enough for one person to move. The little car fits my BIG 4 year old (55 pounds) securely and he has hours of FUN! I only wish there were more outside toys built as well for his age group.

I'm so disappointed at the limited availability of replacement parts for this coaster! After 2 years, the stairs have started to crack even though we've stayed well within the weight limit. This is quite expensive - Step 2 really should sell the full array of replacement parts.

We bought this for our grandson's 3rd birthday present. I can't even put into words how very much he loves it. He and his 1 year old brother both have played on it almost non-stop since he received it. It is the hit for outside playtime plus the bonus of exercise. My husband put it together in about 1.5 hours. This was in mid 90 degree heat and he took several breaks. He said now that he has done it if he had to put another one together it would take about 20 minutes. We had all the parts included except one washer but we had one that would work. The only con is that if you move it watch that middle green ramp support. Make sure it stays vertical. It would have been better built if there were some kind of lateral bracing to hold the middle support more stable. Some have said it is to costly a purchase but for us… it was bought with pure 100% love and worth every bit of it. We highly recommend this extreme coaster!

I am so thrilled with this product. When it first arrived I was not that convinced it was worth the cost. It assembled easy however but I wondered if the incline was high enough to really provide a thrill. When my 3yr. old grandson got on it and rode for the first time, seeing the thrill and excitement on his face and in his voice made it all worth it. He totally absolutely loved it. He rode again and again and again.....

I have three girl ages 1-5. All of them love this. My 3 and five year old play on this everyday. My one year old uses the steps as a climber, so it is super great for that too. It did take a while to put together, but I'm sure it would have gone faster if three kids weren't helping. I know we will be using this for Many years.

We had 3 small children over not only did they get great exercise taking the car back up the track but it helped them learn about taking turns. They were exhausted by the time they were done and had a wonderful time. My husband put this together almost totally by himself.

This roller coaster looks like it will be a lot of fun once my daughter gets it for her 4th birthday this weekend. I took a test ride down myself (115 lbs) and it was FAST. I think I'll have her wear a helmet just to be safe and I'm not sure I will let me 1 year old near it anytime soon. It was quick to put together - my husband probably spent a half hour. No problems. It is huge, good for backyard or large basement play area. Can't wait to see her try it out this weekend, I know she'll love it.

Bought as Christmas gift for grandchildren. They were kept busy inside with other gifts while Extreme Coaster was assembled in the backyard. Secured their bike helmets on their heads and took them outside. "Awesome!", was exclaimed in unison as they rushed to it, where they have since continued to play, virtually non-stop, despite this year's unusually cold temperatures. They have told all their friends about the roller coaster in their backyard, and invited them over to ride. They absolutely love "him", and have named him "Speedy". One evening, my daughter arrived home with our grandchildren and went to retrieve the mail at the same time the neighbor across the street went to retrieve theirs. The grandchildren rushed over, and the neighbor was excitedly told about about their roller coaster, and invited for a ride. Our daughter and the neighbor explained that it would be another time, as it was getting cold and would soon be dark. "Then I don't have much time," was heard and the children went back across the street, and into the house. The next sound heard from the neighbor's mailbox across the street by our daughter and their neighbor, were our grandchildren's squeals of delight from the backyard while riding "Speedy." A brief break was taken to poke a head out the front door to exclaim the coaster ride "was awesome!", then back to Speedy. Extreme Coaster is well-designed and constructed, and easy for children to use independently. It is an excellent toy for keeping children engaged in hours of excitement and fun physical activity. Our grandchildren love it.

We purchased one for our grand kids for Christmas. they loved it. so we purchased a second one so they could race each other. We make sure someone is right with them when they are playing on them. If not used correctly i could see how a child could get hurt on them.

Granny gets prize for great gift to family of seven grandchildren. Two oldest have enjoyed assembly and videoing younger children. Helps them with entertaining. Five riding grandkids love this now daily activity. Fun for nine year old, easy enough for the 18 month old to push car into the station and climb aboard. Placed on a bank in the backyard adds thrill for longer ride.
