I will be sending car seat back. It came in a brown box. No packaging and looking like it had been used.

For the price, this is a steal! It’s sturdy and moderately easy to install. I love the dual cup holders and my toddler loves the soft restraint covers. It’s going to grow with him which makes it even better.

This car seat is dangerous for infants. My baby’s head got wedged in between the cushion and a hard piece of plastic that sticks out and it scraped her scalp.I do not recommend using this car seat for infants at all.

Love Love Love Have used since my 4yr old grandson was 6months....His sister is now one She has same one in pink. They are truly comfortable and safe...very easy to use foward facing or backseat facing

We’ve only had this car seat 2 months and now it’s not pulling to tighten up. It acts like it’s stuck on something but it’s not. I have to reach behind and pull it that way and then pull the cord.

I spent 3 hrs trying to get this carseat in my car right. I'm still fighting with harness placement. The instructions are very little help. Definitely give yourself time to install it... I had to walk away a couple times because I got so frustrated.

I've tried with both the anchors and/or the seatbelt to tighten the seat and it still moves. Feels so unsturdy and dangerous. Save your money and buy a different one.

The reviewer that wrote that the seat is dangerous because the seat will not tighten down, has a valid point. My son is 6'5 and 230 and he can tighten it down. I had to have help. The problem is that the buckle requires way too much" pull" for mere mortals to get it tight. Adult car seat belt buckles tighten easily and smoothly. These do not. If your car has a very soft seat (few do) so the car seat can be forced into the seat to relieve the stress on the strap, the buckle can be tightened. (Or if you are 6'5" and 230 lbs.) Second, the instructions are 60 pages and cell phone size. They should print the instructions on 8 1/2 x 11 sheets so the diagrams are intelligible. At the least the company should produce an INSTALLATION VIDEO. Installation is simple, once you figure it out.

It is very nice and my 4 yr old kids fit well in it. I had to return, because it would not tighten in my suv. It had too much play in it. I believe the belt position needs to be lower. If it did not have the base on bottom, it would have fit. Now searching for another, but none as nice for the price.

The car seat is beautiful and looks comfy but the angle of the seat doesn't work in my Explorer or my husband's Cruze. Doesn't tilt back enough for infants. I'm sure it's great for older kids, but I think we'll be returning this. For the record, our baby is 4 months old and 98th percentile in height, and it's even too much for her.
