WORST thing you could buy ever even when installed the right way there is still so much slack and movement with the seat even if the child is IN THE ACTUAL SEAT! buckled in and everything there is still movement. I used this for one trip not even that far from my house maybe 30 minutes and that was it I had to put the seat belt over the car seat to try to stop it from moving or worse falling over with my child in the seat. I was terrified . I immediately filed for a rerun online and Sam's club so called customer service didn't help much besides annoying me every single day . I scheduled a pickup for the return so I didn't have to go back out and drop it off and I kept getting calls about the pickup that was ALREADY SCHEDULED . Every few hours. Talk about horrible service. I don't see how this is allowed to be sold and Sam's service needs to get some serious help. If you value your child's life DO NOT but this garbage! buy ANYTHING ELSE! Avoid this seat I could not beg you enough to do so

We purchased this as a second seat for hubby's car. I was pretty hesitant to purchase because I saw negative reviews stating people could not get the seat secured tight in their vehicle but realized those were the ONLY negative reviews. All other reviews were great & people seemed to love it. I decided to purchase & give it a try for the price & just planned to return if it didn't work. I'm so glad we did!!! It's a great seat! I had to do some serious tugging and push down on the seat while pulling the seatbelt, but it is secure & not moving. I'm thinking those who couldn't get it tight enough was maybe user error & not the seat. I'm not sure if some people also realize you're supposed to test for movement at the BASE, not the head area .. if you tug & pull at the top, it will move.. but that's normal. We like it a lot, she fits great in it & it looks comfy!!! My advice is get it!!! For the price, it's great .. try it & if it doesn't work for you then return it.

I've installed many carseats over the years with 5 kids. After installing (rear-facing), I tested how far it could move. It moved about 4" on the first push (it should move no more than 1"), and with subsequent jostling it almost went horizontal to the point that the child's head would hit the car seat two spots over. I'm really disappointed with this product. This is the first car seat I've bought that I'll return for the reason of moving dangerously too much after being "secured."

It arrived in a brown box, not the actual box you buy in stores. It was just tossed in there with no packaging and not even a plastic bag or wrap to protect it. The tape on the outside was barely stuck on and it was partly opened when it arrived. Looks like it was used or just dirty because it wasn't sealed or protected

Why can't car seats be more user friendly. Using the instructions, I could not tighten the belt enough to secure this car seat in my back seat. I had to get daddy (who ended up adding my seat belt) in order to tighten and secure it in the back seat. Now I'm afraid if I have to remove it, I will not be able to reinstall it. No wonder they are not installed properly. Maybe this is why it was on sale!

It's built well. I did have an issue with it being delivered in an open box with no plastic protection so it got wet in the rain. So it would probably be better as a pick up item. When it's in rear facing, it tips over. (I have a 2019 Ford fiesta) and I've seen other people write the same thing. I'm going to continue to try and fiddle with it to get it to stay, but as of now it's probably just best as forward facing. It's very nice to look at and it's soft material.

I see a lot of negative reviews about this seat not getting tight. Sad to say that is user error and should not be held against the car seat. Yes, it is hard to tighten when installing, especially alone. I had to sit on it while my husband pulled the tightening strap. However, this is the experience we’ve had with any seat or car seat base we’ve installed. So that said, we’re happy with it. Both kids seem comfortable (twins). I follow a page on Instagram called Safe In The Seat and that’s when I realized that my forward facing stage 2 car seat wasn’t ideal. This seat will last my kids quite a while until I’m comfortable flipping them forward The cup holders twist out for easy washing and the padded shoulder strap covers are nice and also removable for cleaning.

This is a great car seat for a toddler. After having trouble positioning as a rear facing seat, I researched and found that crash testing for this seat scored 2 out of 5 for rear facing. It also doesn’t take into account that a young child will inevitably fall asleep while riding. There isn’t enough recline position in this seat for an infant to sleep safely. My son is 10 months old so this seat will be used only as forward facing when he turns one.

Would not secure properly in either of our vehicles in rear facing, the cushions on the straps were unusable when straps were tightened and chest clip was in proper position, if you can afford something else please don’t buy this, we immediately returned them.

I liked that it could grow with the baby, but...It doesn't convert to a carrier. I didn't realize this when purchasing. Secondly, it was difficult to install in the car, but we got it done. Unfortunately, the hospital staff wouldn't let the baby leave in the carseat because the straps wouldn't tighten enough on the baby's chest to deem it safe. The seat was returned.
