Works better than I thought. For the price, it exceeded all my expectations. It also does an excellent job cleaning floors and avoiding obstacles

I liked both the Saros 10 and 10R. But when it comes to mopping the 10R does a superior job. One key feature is how the 10R can extend its mop along the wall to get into the crevice and edge of the walls and also around the feet of furniture. I have 3 golden retrievers so the ability to pick up hair is important. The Soros 10 did great job in the main areas but there was a ¼” gap you could visibly see where it missed the dirt along the walls. And if there was hair stuck partially underneath the legs of a piece of furniture, the side brush of the Saros10 couldn’t pull it out if it. I’d have to pick up the stool or piece of furniture and remove it with my hands. Whereas the 10R in vacuum/mop mode will extend the mop and pull the hair out and have it virtually removed! I am kept the Saros 10R and am extremely happy with the product. In the past 10 years I’ve always went with iRobot’s products. I have the iRobot S9+ (and many of their older models) and was looking to upgrade to a robot that both vacuums and mops. I was looking at iRobot’s top of the line products and almost purchased their top of the line unit. But after looking extensively at various models it became apparent that the reason your products are more expensive is because they are truly the top of the line products. The anti-detangle feature of the main brushes was the reason I initially went with the Saros. And they are great! Not even your bench tests would have matched what the Saros had to start with! The next important feature for me was mopping. And the Saros is the best mopping robot I’ve seen. And in my opinion the Saros 10R is the best of the best.

Shipping was fast. The vacuum is impressive. The rollers scrub my tile floor great. I have ceramic tile planks that have deep grooves in them to resemble old wood. It really gets in there and performs great. It leaves zero streaks. If you have streaks then the floor was extremely dirty and the machine rollers need to be cleaned. I recommend to take your time on the first clean in one room. Then empty out the dirty water container. You will see how much dirt it has pulled up. Even when the floor looked clean before you started the water will be really dirty. It will show you how much this thing extracts. It’s awesome. The app is super smooth I would defidently recommend this product.

Moved our S7 to the basement and we're using the Curv in the main floor of the house with two dogs and two kids. We run it nightly and it has proven to be a worthy upgrade. Hair is no longer an issue in the main brush or the side brush. The spinning mops are a huge upgrade from the vibrating mop. I've purposely left stains on the floor from the kids and they are gone the next morning where the old mop would have taken multiple passes to take care of them. The flexi arm feature really sweeps and mops right up against the wall in the room. It's really cool watching how effective it is at this now. The dock is wife approved now to have it visible and not hide it under something. The curved edges and white make it look really nice.

I recently purchased a handheld vacuum and mopping machine, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with its performance. However, one area where this device could use improvement is the drying process of the roller after mopping. It would be more efficient if it could dry the floors more thoroughly, preventing any potential slipping hazards. In summary, this handheld vacuum and mopping machine is a valuable addition to my cleaning routine, but some enhancements in the drying mechanism would make it even better.

Nearly every feature works as well as advertised. The brushes don't have hair tangle in a household with two cats, the mopping is great and nearly everything working automatically means there is very little maintenance of the actual machine. My only complaint is that the obstacle avoidance is kinda bad. I've had it eat a sock, drag chargers out their sockets, and even drag an entire shoe across the house. As long as you run the vacuum while you're present and able to resolve potential obstacles, the machine is amazing and highly recommended.

This wet dry vacuum has been a lifesaver for me. It cleans up big messes with ease. It’s lightweight so I can carry it up the stairs with no problem and it maneuvers with ease. It can clean edges and corners with no problem. I have several dogs who drag in dirt and mud all the time and with the flexi lite I can clean it all up in a minute. It can lay flat to get under furniture so no spot is missed. I used to have to sweep then mop my house and now I can do it all in half the time. It’s self cleaning and can go into drying mode to dry its pad. If you’re doing something wrong it can even talk to you to tell you what’s wrong. You can clean the tank out or refill the water tank with ease. Such a great vacuum!

We received the Roborock Saros 10R robot vacuum a couple weeks ago. Set it up and let it go. It cleans and mops our wood and tile floors just fine! So far no issues - we love it! It’s quiet. It’s very low to the floor so it gets under our furniture without any problems. I like the fact that we can custom name each room, then use the app to select which rooms we want to clean and Rocky will go there. I wish we were able to do a voice command to clean a particular custom-named room, but cannot… Yet. What surprising to me are the 1 and 2-Star Reviews on this Robovac. I don’t see how anybody could be disappointed or unhappy with it. In summary, we are very happy to purchase this Saros 10R Robo vacuum — definitely the best Robo vac we’ve owned!

Incredible job - gets everything spotless! No cord tangles! I find myself thanking it!

Simple to use. It’s light weight and gets the job done :)
