This microwave replaced a 10 year old, $$ brand and model. The Chefman beats our retired model on every level. Very easy to set up, great functions and perfect cooking and impressive defrost ability.

Looks very sleet and adorable dependable and rugged fits right in with my dining room decorations. Have not used it yet. Hopefully it works great as it looks.

Very unhappy. When I try to set cooking time, it just does the digital hopscotch. I've unplugged and plugged in again and used a separate outlet. JUST DOESNT WORK!!

HAD A HARD TIME SETTING CLOCK. AND THE FIRST DAY WHEN SETTING AND MOVING INTO PLACE RUBBER FOOT HAD HALF COME OFF. USE STRONGER RUBBER. IT BREAKS EASILY.

I need it fixed, the micrwave tray got stuck and it wasn't spinning, then I saw a spark and a burnt mark on the inside wall. I immediately unplugged it.

This was honestly a purchase of convenience. Upon opening and plugging it in, it makes a weird noise when it's in use. It works and that's essentially what matters.

I just purchased the microwave. I used it once so far and it did a very good job of heating up the food. The timer is also extremely bright so it's very easy to see

So far, I haven't used it, but it was easy to unwrap easy to plug in set the clock and I think I'm almost ready to go. I like the way it looks and it fits the space.

I'm hoping this microwave is good quality and I just happened to get a bad one. I used it about 5 times before it stopped working. Only a few of the numbers worked after the first five times.

Other than the child lock, the microwave heats evenly, is easy to use, clean up is a breeze, and its not overly loud. Overall, O am very happy with my purchase.
