I would like to return it. It's too big and too hard to push the buttons. I'm unable to return it or I would if Walmart could have it picked up and credit my account I would appreciate it.

I didn’t want the double latch lock again , but  appreciate the button you click. In handle .   I always knew how to close quietly by button ,  but my son would just push closed , no handle . This made it louder .   This is same design really as my old microwave .  I thought I was going to avoid it this time , as didn’t need child safety lock .   I find it fine now ,  and like the sound button , so it doesn’t beep with every number pushed .
