I like the product. But it’s is extremely difficult to set the default time on the microwave so it can keep time during the day

Actually, it isn't the easiest microwave to use but it does work wonderfully well and I'm satisfied.

I enjoy the microwave so far it is very convenient. Love the lights the child lock on it and the screen lock. Beautiful color all the way around.

I cannot get the clock to work every time I said it F12 or three comes up then the time comes up, but then it stops

Good! Easy to use, self explanatory set up. Took 10 minutes from opening the package to me cooking my first meal in there!

I like the size and the ease of use. I'm still getting use the the different buttons and what they do.

My microwave is excellent. I really liked the fact that the handle is child proof. Overall, it’s a good product!

I. Not sure why there were so many puncture holes in the box. I'm hoping it doesn't affect the performance.

I really like my microwave. The size is perfect, I really love the design and how looks in my kitchen. Works perfect and my food is always hot.

So far it's fairly easy to use but will take some getting used to, seems to cook a little slower than our previous microwave
