Just plugged it in and all seems to be in order. I do wish the button to open the handle was on the bottom and not the top. I'm really short and the microwave is up on a shelf, so it's a stretch to reach the button and get it open.

Is a little louder while running than prior model. Getting used to the locked door and preset features. Like that the buzzer will repeat after a while, if item is still inside.Seems to heat things faster.ECO mode is nice to have.

I like the microwave I enjoyed it has about a month now, but I gotta figure out how to set the time on there, but I just opened the book so I’ll figure it out but overall great product

HAD A HARD TIME SETTING CLOCK. AND THE FIRST DAY WHEN SETTING AND MOVING INTO PLACE RUBBER FOOT HAD HALF COME OFF. USE STRONGER RUBBER. IT BREAKS EASILY.

Bigger then I expected. Tinny sounding. Annoying to have to repeatedly hit eco button to remove numbers. I only use to cook minimal items and reheat coffee. So it works! Yippee, skippee.

We really like it so far. It’s a perfect size. Please tell how to dim the bright light on the clock and the loud beep at the end. Also, is there any button to press to get just one minute automatically Thanks! Sharon

So far, so good. Heats well, size is perfect. I don't need child lock but it's OK Wat bugs me is that setting the clock. Its supposed to be simple and straightforward but its always a tad ahead. After the 3rd try, I just left it 10 minutes ahead.

This microwave is user friendly. The Chefman pert tasks like reheating drinks or leftovers, a smaller, more affordable microwave with respectable heating power is a good option.

Easy set up. Easy instructions. I’ve never bought a microwave before and didn’t realize how expensive they’re. So for the price point it’s a good deal. And I also enjoyed how it was packaged with the plate and turn thing in a spot.

It could be bigger for the price I paid.
