My new housekeeper, Edie, is amazing! I have two big dogs with non-stop shedding, drooling, footprints and debris. A plain robot vac was not enough. The app and setup are very user-friendly with many settings. She runs on schedule and the vacuum is really quiet! It has a nice, large vacuum bag. The spinning mops do a great job avoiding carpets and clean vinyl-plank and hardwood floors thoroughly. This robot and its many parts require simple, routine maintenance to keep everything clean and functioning smoothly. It easily adjusts when I move it to another floor of the house. Great price for amazing functionality.

Setup was easy. It mapped my home very accurately. Just a few minor edits to the map. Mop and vacuum provided great results. Love all the detailed settings on suction, water flow, cleaning count and route. Best feature is scheduling it while sleeping minus the bedroom.

Many years ago, we purchased the S6. The S6 that is still working great, past its days as technology evolved. So decided to get another. Did not shop brands due to the reliability that we experienced before, but did shop the various Roborock models. The Qrevo slim was the final. This robot arrived well packaged (typical of the company), set up was a breeze as we have (my wife and myself) have the app, and we followed the very simple set up and added the slim. Let charge for couple of hours and let it loose mapping the house. When done. I used the app to divide the rooms and rename them. Advice: click save after each division, and click save after each room renaming. If you mis type: it will save whatever you typed in its database and you may run out of names. If that happened, just find the list of names and delete whatever isn’t needed. That said. We got hard floors with few rugs. Decided to just avoid rugs all together as they aren’t large and not worth extra effort and go over those manually. Use it most often by room name. 2-3 rooms each day. To be honest, never seen this floor as clean as it is and we always clean them and used the older s6. We do use the mop and vac at the same time all the time. I cannot recommend it enough. Be patient. Take your time customizing your map and this robot becomes your best friend.

This robot is doing everything I was expecting when I purchased a vacuum/mop robot. setup was easy, mapping was done in 10 minutes. Routines have been scheduled to keep the whole house vacuumed and mopped. It is fairly quiet, except when the base unit fires up to evacuate the robot. I run it on max just, because. I have not tried it on the other vacuum levels. It handles the transitions from hard floor to carpet well, and does not get hung up like our previous robot. It has not gotten stuck under couches or cabinets, which was a frequent issue with the previous robot. It has handled dog hair and wife hair with minimal tanglement. Regular maintenance is keeping it worry free.

It’s amazing. Me and my gf named the robot lol. Now dog hair is not an issue at all. Mopping is effortless. I have recommended this item to all my friends, where to purchase it again in a heartbeat. For the price, it has almost every feature that any premium ( double the price) robo vac has.

Effortless setup. Effortless and consistent mopping and vacuum of hard floors and rugs. Minor issue with cable entanglement, but the Q seems to learn to avoid such issues. Scheduled cleaning is reliable. Three things to add for future products: 1. Way to plumb fresh water and dirty water resevoirs into the house water and waste systems; 2. Measured injection of authorized cleaning fluid suited to mopped or scrubbed area; and, 3. Real rug cleaning brushes and algorithim for carpeted areas.

I am really impressed with this device. It cleans extremely well -- even with pet hair -- and the mapping technology and sensors are so good that it hasn't gotten stuck any where or tumbled down any stairs. The app makes it easy to clean whatever spaces in the house you want. It's also quiet enough that my dog mostly doesn't notice it. While expensive, this has definitely been worth it!

I've owned this Roborock Q Revo for just over a week now and I am really impressed with its functionality and features. When I first set this robot up, I found the instructions to be extremely easy to understand and easy to set up. It took me about a day to map out my home, create the no-go zones and create the walls where I don't want the robot to enter. Once all the rooms were set up on the map, it was easy to begin testing the vacuum and the mopping functionality. I am impressed by the app which gives you different levels of vacuum and mopping intensity depending on the level of traffic in your home. I played around with the scheduling over the next three days until I could gauge how long it would take to either vacuum or mop a particular area. Once I had the information the scheduling was easy to set up. The maintenance is pretty easy, just refilling the water when it gets low or dump the dirty water out of the other container. It is also great that the app will alert you when you need to do either of these things. It is also cool that it cleans the dust bin, cleans the mop heads and refills the robot all from the dock, along with drying the mop heads. The only other thing I have to add is the cleaning solution that is made for the Roborock robots into the clean water container. Ultimately, the thing that sold me is when I would wake up in the morning and all of the rooms were vacuumed and the floors mopped. I also prefer the dual lifing mopping heads over the mopping pads on other robots. It seems like it cleans better but I can only compare based on all the videos I researched before buying. I would recommend this robot combo over the more expensive robot combos to anyone looking for a full featured robot with all the hands off automation.

This little guy is awesome! It sweeps and mops very well. The only draw back is the obstacle avoidance. Since Roborock changed from camera to LiDAR it is not as good in avoiding obstacles and does need some help sometime. At the same time, I do not have any kids that leave stuff everywhere and it’s easy to just pick up the extension cords. Other than the obstacle avoidance, this Q Revo is the best!

Highly recommended for someone who needs a helping hand around the house. I personally choose to pick up art supplies left around by the kids and move chairs around before running the Roborock Q Revo daily. I tend to do other household chores while it's running during the early mornings because it always finds wayward pencils to which I must resolve by pausing the machine. The machine will kept running even with a pencil under its bottom, but I can't stand the sound, nor the thought that the pencil may scratch the wood floors. The device is quite green, meaning, you don't have to purchase disposal bags if you're interested in manually emptying the bin located inside the robot. I personally choose to manually empty the bin each night and tap the filter clean, which typically only takes 2 minutes. Although the machine cuts down on my overall time to clean the house, and keeps my house cleaner than when I didn't have the device, I wished the pads underneath the Roborock Q Revo can mop closer to the edge of the wall instead of leaving out about ~2" of untouched space along every wall. Also, to ensure you're not fully dissatisfied, know that realistically, the mop doesn't put a lot of weight down while cleaning, so if your floors get dried food stains like caramelized onions on the kitchen floor from last nights cooking, the robot will have a hard time removing it, even with two separate runs. There's just some items you just have to deep clean yourself. The machine is easy to maintain, which I prefer to do nightly, you can just YouTube others demonstrating how to do so. For those concerned about the smell from the dirty water bin, I haven't had that problem. Maybe it's because each night I empty the dirty water bin, rinse the bin with clean water, and leave the bin open until I'm ready to run the device in the morning? That said, I still highly recommend this machine because the occasional deep clean and nightly maintenance still pales to the benefits of having a helping hand that has kept my house cleaner than when I tried to do everything myself around the house. I just ran out of time.
