The mouse pad isn't securely built onto the laptop, it's snaps when you push it. Also when you go to a website it takes a few trying before the link catch's onto the address bar. Also the plug part seems like it's not very secure either and will sooner then later fall off and stay off. It's not very secure either. I feel sad to have to bring this back but I am not enjoying the performance of this computer. Truly it feels like it's a refurbished computer bought as brand new which I do not believe it is.
