It's very effective and it doesn't taste too bad. The packaging is cute and it is a lot value for money. I'm not sure the ingredients but I think it is very good for you.

I was getting pretty sick so my doctor suggested these. Even though I'm 23 years old. They have more of a boost than most others. The only problem I had was the pill size. The price was pretty good point wasn't to expensive for a nice sized bottle.

Centrum silver women are good vitamins I guess But I seem to get better results from nature's bounty I'm not saying that centrum is a bad vitamin I'm sure they're good vitamins but I prefer my nature's bounty
