I take this since I'm soon to be in this age group. It doesn't give me any adverse reactions or side effects. It has more levels of nutrients Someone my age needs. I am satisfied with this product.

The vitamins are very large so it may be a problem for people who have trouble taking pills. I was able to break mine in half making it easier to swallow. I do feel it helps my overall health to take these vitamins and will continue to do so.

It has all the vitamins you need and more. It is a very big pill so it's hard to swallow. I did manage to swallow it. I used it for a while. I felt good while taking it but it also had a few additives that I didn't feel I wanted to take.
