[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Centrum - Silver Women 50+ Multivitamins really have absolutely everything that I need in a multiple vitamin. I really feel like I am taking very good care of myself and my needs with all the benefits that these vitamins have. I definitely recommend these.

I try and keep a healthy diet but know I will always need a little extra help meeting my daily requirements.  Centrum Silver for Women has everything I was looking for and it's is a special mix of ingredients especially for mature women.  As I've gotten older doctors have suggested extra calcium, vitamin D, and such.  Centrum Silver has what the doctor ordered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm on the fence with multivitamins because even though it does offer a complete source of vitamins and minerals, if I am lacking in a certain area (let's say Vitamin C or Iron), I still have to supplement with more vitamins. I think I'd rather take the specific vitamins and minerals that I need for my body and not take an additional multivitamin. I do have to note that I had no GI issues while taking these. I would recommend these only to somebody who is not very good about knowing or taking which vitamins and minerals they need.

The tablet is not hard to swallow, leaves no aftertaste - doesn't create that annoying burp like some supplements. Happy to be doing something that is good for me.

Although it differs person to person it is a very good thing to take with food since they can/do upset sensitive stomachs.
