I needed a supplement that encompasses several added nutrients for my age. I wanted one vitamin that has everything I need so I wouldn't have to buy more than one supplement. This Centrum has all I need. I like the heart health and brain function. I have used Centrum vitamins before and I really like it for me.

I also like the nutrients that are included in this vitamin like lutein and extra vitamin B12. I also like the color , it's a light purple color :).

I have always liked Centrum they are a very good brand. It supports heart, brain, eyes and bone health. I like that is also has calcium and vitamin D. It is also non-GMO and gluten-free which is great. The tablet isn't too big and easy to take. I highly recommend this multivitamin.
