Member's Mark Fresh Fruit Tray, priced per pound

I'd go lower than 1 if I could. I placed an online order and picked up at Rome Sam's Club. I thought I ordered what this picture showed but got the below fruit tray. It was for my daughter's bay shower, but I cannot serve this and there was hardly any strawberries or cantaloupe in it. I now have to go buy fruit tomorrow. Very disappointed. There was squished blueberries on bottom of tray. 🙄I can provide a photo if needed.

DISAPPOINTED

Not prepared at all like the photo! The cantaloupe, strawberries and pineapple are soft and overripe, the grapes are still on the stem. The blueberries are the pitiful small ones, not the large blueberries on stock right now- very disappointing in both fruit and vegetable trays! I'd upload photos but the Sam's app isn't working now.

Horrible experience with my pick up, item was supposed to be ready at a certain time and was not ready, the location was behind on all orders, there was no notification at all and the employees at the pick up were rude and unprofessional. One guy was arguing with a customer who was simply requesting the order be cancelled since it wasn't ready. The manager was also unprofessional in the way he handled the situation. I had to go and get my item myself and they marked my order as picked up. At this point will not be renewing my membership here, this location is always over crowded and the customer service is never good, the employees do not care and memberships are getting too costly for poor customer service.

Horrible Customer Service

I had a group of nine people over for a meal. This was a nice size tray and we had leftovers for three days. My only complaint was the cantaloupe. It wasn't as fresh as the rest of the tray so it didn't last but two days.
