I had a group of nine people over for a meal. This was a nice size tray and we had leftovers for three days. My only complaint was the cantaloupe. It wasn't as fresh as the rest of the tray so it didn't last but two days.

I bought it for home gathering to my friend's and everybody was delighted with this fruit flatter and said it looks like a rainbow. I like to pick this fruit flatter because anyone can eat it including children, gluten free people, etc. Almost no allergy warning needed.

There were no trays available in the counter. I asked an employee when more would be available. She expressed they were making more at that time and went to check to see when they would be available. In just a few minutes a young lady brought one out to me. Fruit was fresh and attractive.

Nice variety of fruit. I bought two of them in the mid afternoon and both had cantaloupe that was beginning to ‘turn' - so check your trays! However, even after removing some do the pineapple, the trays were totally worth the price/pound. Two trays fed 15 teenagers served alongside pizza.

Good fruit, but the cantaloupe was not ripe and hard as a rock. The grapes were huge and they were very firm. The strawberries were already getting moldy. The blueberries were very good. Some of them were soft and mushy.

Horrible experience with my pick up, item was supposed to be ready at a certain time and was not ready, the location was behind on all orders, there was no notification at all and the employees at the pick up were rude and unprofessional. One guy was arguing with a customer who was simply requesting the order be cancelled since it wasn't ready. The manager was also unprofessional in the way he handled the situation. I had to go and get my item myself and they marked my order as picked up. At this point will not be renewing my membership here, this location is always over crowded and the customer service is never good, the employees do not care and memberships are getting too costly for poor customer service.

The melon was so bad that it smelled like alcohol. Most of it looked bad - almost like it was frozen and then thawed out. The grapes were the only thing that were actually perfect. If I would have checked my pick-up order, I wouldn’t have accepted this at all.

I purchased one of these fruit tray and it didn’t look anything like the picture shown I wish I would’ve taken a picture. Not only was it scarce of fruit the strawberries had mold the pineapple was hard as a rock. The person that packaged this fruit tray knew the quality was bad but put it out for sale anyway. I’m very disappointed with Sam’s produce department.

First time I’ve had a poor experience with fruit tray, but the fruit was not fresh, which I realized immediately upon opening. Spots underneath on the strawberries, soured cantaloupe, very tart blueberries, and sticky pineapple … the only edible item were the grapes. Quite an expensive disappointment since the date on the sticker indictated the fruit should have been fresh for several days ahead.

Container was only half full and all the fruit was either rotten or not even close to ripe. I had to throw 90% of it away. Sam's never responded to my email even though that was the specified "teturn" process. They said that I could not actually return the fruit.
