So far a nice microwave, with one exception. It will not accommodate my favorite tall tea glass without having to tilt the turntable.

This was purchased as a gift. It was purchased because of the good price point. We'll see how it performs 😉

I haven't explored all the features yet, but what I've used, I like. I would definitely purchase it again.

the unit performs well but the chrome finish is not satisfactory since the trim wants to de laminate...i need to glue it back to the cabinet. shoddy

I’m very pleased with this unit. It even has child safety features. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality microwave.

Average the start button sticker is starting to wear off at the one month point. Hopefully the button itself will hang on. I wish I would’ve noticed it didn’t have a door handle. It took way longer than initially stated to receive it by the way.

I really want to return this microwave. It's horrible. It doesn't heat good, have to use more time than normal. THERE IS NO ONE TOUCH OPERATION. To open the door when it's finished you have to hit the stop button before the door will open. If you use the quick minute feature using the numbers , like if you want a minute you hit the 1 button but it doesnt start until you hit the start button, lastly it's VERY LOUD RUNNING.

Broke after just 2 years of fairly light use. I'm only in this home every other month and live alone so used. Really terrible quality. Plastic above numbers started peeling pretty early. Worst microwave I've ever had. Even worse, it's advertised as "Return or replace anytime" but that's totally false. Sam's Club won't honor what it states on its own website. Terrible product and terrible company.

I purchased this microwave in store today. We brought it home, opened the door and put the turntable in and it was fine. We went to use it and once I hit “end” and tried to push the button to open the door there was a loud rattle and the button wouldn’t come back out to push. The door wouldn’t open so we had to take everything apart just to get the food out so it can be returned.

It’s not the best, but certainly not the worst! I wish it had a time cook button instead of cycling through the power then typing in the cook time. The door locks when it’s in use. Just press clear to unlock it. You can turn this off by pressing stop start power at the same time.
