DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!!!!

Bought on sale 11/24/23 with one year warranty (so no longer in warranty by a few days). The door mechanism is now defective. You push the door open button and it sticks part way open and you have to open the rest of the way by hand. I tried lubricating in several places on the door latching/opening mechanism and this did not help. This replaced an 8 year old microwave that was STILL working. Just wanted a nicer looking one. This is a real bummer. Another reviewer had the same problem!!! STINKS!!!

Until the warranty runs out

This microwave worked great until the warrenty ran out. Just 2 months after the warrenty ran out it began throwing FAIL onthe difital readout. The only way to make it work was to unplug and pug in. That worked for about a month. Now it wont work at all.

Broke after 2 years of light/average use.

Broke after 2 years. I expect microwaves to last longer than that. This is just crap, dont trust this brand.

you can turn off child lock pressing 3 buttons you cannot set a custom cook time, only 30 seconds or 1 -6 minutes. if you want 3.30 you have to press start 7 times
