I feel more energetic taking these vitamins, according to my blood tests all my levels are good so I attribute this to taking these vitamins. They are convenient to take and don't leave an after taste in your mouth like some vitamins do that are coated.

My mom takes this vitamin I'm not in that category yet though I've taken their standard formula. I like it and it's a comprehensive formula but have since gotten into more indie brands. I do notice a huge difference when I do and don't take my vitamins and feel like a multi is a good place for everyone to start.

So I purchased One a Day Women's +50 and to my surprise, under the daily value of recommended nutrients - Potassium wasn't among them. Potassium at my age of 62 is VERY important, but your vitamin doesn't even give me 1 % the daily recommended amount of it. So I need to purchase a separate potassium supplement just to be covered. Think about adding more Potassium to your daily vitamins.

I think this product contained a good assortments of vitamins and minerals a supplement should contain for the older woman. The price was good. I have no way of measuring it the product actually did anything for me, as I have decent bloodwork' and don't have any chronic health problems. If you need a supplement that checks most of the suggested boxes for a 50+ woman, this one does it simply and affordably.

I tried this multivitamin. It went down fairly easy but the pills are a little on the big side. It is always hard to tell really if you're getting the right amount test released into your blood but I feel that this is a good product. It has a lot of your vitamins and nutrients that are necessary for aging women. I haven't had any stomach upset or problem taking this supplement at this time. It was recommended by my family doctor. So I guess it's a matter of trust.

I took these for a while, but when I came off, I did notice a bit of a difference, good and bad. I also take a calcium supplement so it may have been that I was getting too much of a good thing because my nails seem to get really brittle until I stopped taking the multivitamin. However, I also noticed that I was getting sleepy much easier and didn't seem to have the same energy level that I had previously but that could have been from a variety of causes. I'm thinking it's probably better all around for me to get my vitamins and minerals from my diet rather than rely on a pill.

I'm 44 years old and I needed something yo help me not to be feeling tired all of the time because we. Me and my husband are raising our 15 month old Granddaughter and we're so in love with her you all and these absolutely help me to keep up with her because she's walking and talking but yes they work so good Ladies it's a must have. I am in surgical menopause from a hysterectomy 4 years ago. I'm 26 now, and these provide everything I need including bone support because I am at higher risk for osteoporosis and other issues. So if you're in a similar position as I am, or actually 50+ these work, if not, stick to the regular formula because they work just as well!

I'm hesitant about the effectiveness of vitamins in general. But, as I get older I know there can be benefits to vitamins. What I like about this vitamin I that it is easy to take. I didn't notice any significant changes or improvements in my health after taking this vitamin for 3+ months, but there weren't any negative results either. I would probably buy this product again if I choose to continue taking vitamins
