My OB doctor suggested I take this after my total hysterectomy to regain the iron ECT as I'm 33 at the time I started was 26 for full menopause this seemed to help me maintain certain vitamins that other medicine could not I would suggest this product, I do not the size of the pill

I just bought my first bottle of these (after taking the regular ones for many years) and don't understand why they have been flavored orange when they are not meant to be a chewable vitamin, as far as I am aware. I find the taste extremely unpleasant and will be trying another brand next.

I like the fact I'm helping out my body by taking a multivitamin. Supplementing what I may be missing in my diet. I really can not tell the difference which I guess is good. But I'd also like to be able to "feel" the difference, see or feel the benefits. I will continue to take a multivitamin because of my age and holes in my food intake.

I trust that they have the right combination of vitamins and minerals that a 50+ year-old woman needs. None of us eat a perfect diet, so a little extra help for better health is needed.

I do recommend these multivitamins to any one 50 and up. As we age our bodies need different amounts of supplements daily. I tend to lose sufficient amounts or maybe I'm unable to maintain these levels due to several factors such as prescription medications, or lack of outdoor activities. These are good quality vitamins that I used for years. I recommend them to women that are able to take vitamins in tablet or capsule form. This is sometimes difficult for me so I switched to gummies. I believe that without the use of multivitamin supplements I wouldn't be getting all that I need from my diet alone.

I'm hesitant about the effectiveness of vitamins in general. But, as I get older I know there can be benefits to vitamins. What I like about this vitamin I that it is easy to take. I didn't notice any significant changes or improvements in my health after taking this vitamin for 3+ months, but there weren't any negative results either. I would probably buy this product again if I choose to continue taking vitamins

i was taking over 50+ mini gels for years why are they discontinued!! they were so easy to swallow and everything someone over 65 needs for a vitamin. Can you revisit them or sell another over 50+ women vitamin that is a gel or easy to swallow? Please???

This is a great vitamin at a great value. It gives me what I need to support bone and joint health as I'm newly turned 50. The tablets are kind of big for me however, I suppose that because of what's packed into it. I will repurchase after I complete my bottle and I recommend.

I feel more energetic taking these vitamins, according to my blood tests all my levels are good so I attribute this to taking these vitamins. They are convenient to take and don't leave an after taste in your mouth like some vitamins do that are coated.
