Faithful user of One A Day vitamins for many years....Bought the pkg of women’s 50+mini gels- stated new easier to swallow softgels. Personally I do not find them easy to swallow, they are very difficult for me to swallow.

I was surprised to see such hugh pills when I opened the bottle, the pills are hard to swallow. If I had known they were so big I would not have purchased. The actual pill size should be put on the bottle or make the vitamin bottles see through.

My husband bought this believing the label that said mini gels. It's mini only if you're a pony instead of a horse. They feel stuck in my throat after swallowing and sit there uncomfortably for hours.

I've taken this for years and love that it works for me. I would recommend for any women 50 and over. I would also make sure you check with your physician before hand.

I take these every day. I think they really help me. Not if they work for you. I do have to take them with good as I have a sensitive stomach. They are a little better than other brands. I would recommend them.

I used vitamins One a day for several years, by coincidence i found out that it contains gelatin without specifying the origin (beef or pork). As a costumer, I would like to know.

This is a great vitamin, I've been taking it for years, it is a good value compared to other brands and prices. It needs no improvements that I can tell I'd rather have this vitamin than any other

I didn't feel any different while taking this vitamin. No more spunk, nothing! I burped it up most of the day. I put the bottle in the trash. Very disappointed! No this is one that I won't purchase again!

I grew up on One-a-day vitamins. It's only natural I've continued to use them throughout my life. I stopped briefly and could tell a difference. I won't do that again. One a day to the rescue! Along with washing my hands of course ;)

I've only recently started to do better health wise. I have weight to lose so l thought a vitamin would help. I'm actually looking into shaklee as you can customize what you need for your body so that makes sense to me.
