I most definitely recommend these vitamin. Like most women my age I've got to watch my calcium and Vitamin D levels. Since I started taking these a couple of years ago my levels have been great, were low before these. I don't have any negative side effects, will keep repurchasing and do recommend

I just purchased One A Day Women's 50+ Advanced Multivitamins and was really surprised that they are coated in sugar.....I get a stomach ache from taking regular One A Day Vits so thought the gummies would be better but am really disappointed that they are coated in sugar.....not sure why you think mature adults need sugar coated gummies!!!

I do recommend these multivitamins to any one 50 and up. As we age our bodies need different amounts of supplements daily. I tend to lose sufficient amounts or maybe I’m unable to maintain these levels due to several factors such as prescription medications, or lack of outdoor activities. One A Day provides me with the supplements that I need.

I honestly can’t tell if they are working but it makes me feel better for taking them. I do wish they were smaller and tasted slightly better but what can you do! These are much more expensive than the generic version so I might switch to that bottle next time I need a refill.

I am 25, I accidentally bought the wrong bottle but they still work really well. The only concerns I have is the size of the pill. Especially because a lot of older people have difficulty swallowing or dry mouth. I also get nauseous the first 5-10 minutes after taking

I feel more energetic taking these vitamins, according to my blood tests all my levels are good so I attribute this to taking these vitamins. They are convenient to take and don't leave an after taste in your mouth like some vitamins do that are coated.

I have been taking these vitamins for about a month or so. I like the way they are working. The only thing is the pill is so big I have a hard time swallowing them even when I cut them in half. Making the pill smaller would make a big difference for me. I don't know if this is a problem for others but it is for me. That is the only complaint I have.

One A Day has been around for a long time, I’ve used different variations throughout my life, currently I use the 50+ variety. I think as you age you have different needs compared to a younger woman and so I trust that I’m getting what my body needs with One A Day.

I have taken vitamins for years. After you hit 50 your body seems to take a beating. I like that these vitamins cover most of the issues that an aging woman might need. Heart, bone, eyes, brain, energy and immune system. I need it all and these help to support that.

I have been taking women's one a day multi vitamin for about three months know.  I have not noticed a change in my body and I have taking them faithfully.  What I did notice there is and awful after taste and a lot of burping.  I no longer take them.  I would not recommend them to people who have a sensitive tummy. They upset my tummy ever time I took them.
