My OB doctor suggested I take this after my total hysterectomy to regain the iron ECT as I'm 33 at the time I started was 26 for full menopause this seemed to help me maintain certain vitamins that other medicine could not I would suggest this product, I do not the size of the pill

i was taking over 50+ mini gels for years why are they discontinued!! they were so easy to swallow and everything someone over 65 needs for a vitamin. Can you revisit them or sell another over 50+ women vitamin that is a gel or easy to swallow? Please???

No daily amount of Potassium

So I purchased One a Day Women's +50 and to my surprise, under the daily value of recommended nutrients - Potassium wasn't among them. Potassium at my age of 62 is VERY important, but your vitamin doesn't even give me 1 % the daily recommended amount of it. So I need to purchase a separate potassium supplement just to be covered. Think about adding more Potassium to your daily vitamins.

I do recommend these multivitamins to any one 50 and up. As we age our bodies need different amounts of supplements daily. I tend to lose sufficient amounts or maybe I'm unable to maintain these levels due to several factors such as prescription medications, or lack of outdoor activities. One A Day provides me with the supplements that I need.

Been Around Forever

One A Day has been around for a long time, I've used different variations throughout my life, currently I use the 50+ variety. I think as you age you have different needs compared to a younger woman and so I trust that I'm getting what my body needs with One A Day.

I like the fact

I like the fact I'm helping out my body by taking a multivitamin. Supplementing what I may be missing in my diet. I really can not tell the difference which I guess is good. But I'd also like to be able to "feel" the difference, see or feel the benefits. I will continue to take a multivitamin because of my age and holes in my food intake.

I really liked to take these vitamins because I am getting older and need all the help I can get. They are easy to swallow and have most everything that I need to take as a daily vitamin. I stopped taking them only due to the price. There are many others that are cheaper and work just as well.

One time i bought this for my mom cause she complained about her healthy things. I gave it to her, it has been 6 months she took it and i asked her how does she feeling after she took the vitamin. She said she loves this vitamin a lot. One tablet a day is enough to support her healthy as a 50+ women. In her age, so many healthy issues that already she feels. Since 6 months consumed this vitamin, she feels more healthy and good. I would love to repurchase it again once she finish this one!

I took these for

I took these for a while, but when I came off, I did notice a bit of a difference, good and bad. I also take a calcium supplement so it may have been that I was getting too much of a good thing because my nails seem to get really brittle until I stopped taking the multivitamin. However, I also noticed that I was getting sleepy much easier and didn't seem to have the same energy level that I had previously but that could have been from a variety of causes. I'm thinking it's probably better all around for me to get my vitamins and minerals from my diet rather than rely on a pill.

Hey family doctor recommended Chapman

I tried this multivitamin. It went down fairly easy but the pills are a little on the big side. It is always hard to tell really if you're getting the right amount test released into your blood but I feel that this is a good product. It has a lot of your vitamins and nutrients that are necessary for aging women. I haven't had any stomach upset or problem taking this supplement at this time. It was recommended by my family doctor. So I guess it's a matter of trust.
