These are good quality vitamins that I used for years. I recommend them to women that are able to take vitamins in tablet or capsule form. This is sometimes difficult for me so I switched to gummies. I believe that without the use of multivitamin supplements I wouldn’t be getting all that I need from my diet alone.

I think this product contained a good assortments of vitamins and minerals a supplement should contain for the older woman. The price was good. I have no way of measuring it the product actually did anything for me, as I have decent bloodwork’ and don’t have any chronic health problems. If you need a supplement that checks most of the suggested boxes for a 50+ woman, this one does it simply and affordably.

i was taking over 50+ mini gels for years why are they discontinued!! they were so easy to swallow and everything someone over 65 needs for a vitamin. Can you revisit them or sell another over 50+ women vitamin that is a gel or easy to swallow? Please???

One a day has been around a long time and folks have learned to trust the quality. These vitamins were made for women and also made for women who are 50+ years old. I trust that they have the right combination of vitamins and minerals that a 50+ year-old woman needs. None of us eat a perfect diet, so a little extra help for better health is needed.

My mom takes this vitamin I’m not in that category yet though I’ve taken their standard formula. I like it and it’s a comprehensive formula but have since gotten into more indie brands. I do notice a huge difference when I do and don’t take my vitamins and feel like a multi is a good place for everyone to start.

I've been taking vitamins for many years. Now, I'm taking the mini gel 50+. My diet is not the best and I feel better knowing that I'm getting all the vitamins I need like C,D,E,A and the B vitamins as well. So my "one a day" gives me peace of mind. And I feel good about it.

I'm so glad to have purchased these again. I use to take a couple years ago but I've noticed the difference without them. I just started back and I'm not feeling that sluggish feeling any longer. I feel like I'm not tired as much and I can just get up enjoy my day with life in my metabolism!

My OB doctor suggested I take this after my total hysterectomy to regain the iron ECT as I'm 33 at the time I started was 26 for full menopause this seemed to help me maintain certain vitamins that other medicine could not I would suggest this product, I do not the size of the pill

This is a great vitamin at a great value. It gives me what I need to support bone and joint health as I'm newly turned 50. The tablets are kind of big for me however, I suppose that because of what's packed into it. I will repurchase after I complete my bottle and I recommend.
