My husband has been taking One A Day Men’s 50+ Healthy for a over a year, and he’s been happy with it overall. He wanted a simple daily multivitamin made specifically for men over 50, and this one seems to cover the essentials without needing a bunch of extra supplements. He takes it every morning with breakfast and hasn’t had any issues with stomach upset. We like that it includes support for heart health, immune health, and energy metabolism. It’s hard to measure exact results with a multivitamin, but it gives peace of mind knowing he’s filling in nutritional gaps in his diet. One thing we wish we had known before buying is that the pills are a bit large, so they may not be ideal for people who have trouble swallowing tablets. Overall, I would recommend it to other men over 50 looking for an affordable daily vitamin.

I knew from the 70's when they were a little yellow pill and old people were taking their meds, take the vitamins or take the medication. I'm sure there are vitamins that are better and more expensive. But people complain about them also. I'm old now, lol. I'm glad I did. I've added on my own mix now with an ensure, aspirin, glucosamine, and vitamin C 1000 then go work a midnight shift. It's a good energy blast FOR ME. I always got sick with colds less when I didn't stop taking them. Some doctors didn't agree. Some did agree throughout the years. I say take the vitamins or take the medication.

I got this for my husband and put on kitchen countertop. He keeps forgetting to take it. It’s just one capsule a day and still a challenge for him to take it daily. It has all vitamins and supplements a man need for a day. I will need to remind him to take it again.

Easy to take with no aftertaste.

They vitamins, I do feel like I have more energy and for the price and quantity can't go wrong.

Husband needs a one a Day Vitamin. his seems to do the trick

300 count once a day that expires in 3 months or 90 days. That is not very honest.
