I like the idea of getting the many nutrients I may need in one pill. The list of what is in each pill is impressive.

Used to take the regular vitamin, over 50 now so switched, don’t really know if there’s that much of a difference, but not great at eating foods with needed vitamins so this should help.

These make me nauseous. Please read the reviews there are others saying the same thing. I took these years ago and they were fine... Not so much anymore.

Doctor recomended and available at my Sam's Club at best price in the area. Sam has a great selection of personal products. Plus a pharmacy when we need a perscription filled.
