I don't get a bad taste and I do feel better that I am covering some of my nutritional bases, while not obsessing over the fine details of nutrition. They recommend that you take one a day with food. I have found with some multivitamins that if I do not take with food, I get an upset stomach. I haven't tested whether or not that is the case with these supplements. Overall I think One A Day makes good products and I do recommend them.
