Not sure about effectiveness but it is easy to take and at least no harm at all. If you don't want too much sugar to keep fit buy it. But without sugar it's easy to forget taking...

I need to know what the components have in this multivitamin, after I started taking it 15 days ago I started to feel weak, without any mood, very sleepy all day. I used to take another mutivitamin before and I felt opposite. I got this one thinking it was better but it looks like I'm taking an energy-sucking sleeping pill. I'll try it for another 15 days, if it goes on like this I'll throw it away.

Decent vitamins for the price. Easy to take. Good ingredients list for what they are. Would definitely recommend. Taste is average for vitamins.
