I’m not really sure if these work or not?? The only thing I’ve seen change is that my urine turns bright yellow after I take them. Let’s hope they work to keep me healthy though! Don’t really feel any different.

I prefer the older version with 700IU of vitamin D. This version has 1000IU and is giving my dry mouth. I wish it did not have iodine just like the previous version, I already get enough iodine in salt

I’ve been taking men’s one a day for years. I don’t know for sure if it actually helps. But I don’t have any negative effects from taking them. And I like to believe it fills in any possible gaps in my daily nutrition intake.

these vitamins is good because they are high in iron and heart health. the cost is reasonable. you only need to take one a day with a meal if possible

This men’s health vitamin has the right balance of the nutrients without going overboard. None of the nutrients are found in a large volume, which is good for those of us who don’t want to overload on anyone particular one.

I didn't notice a marked difference while using this. The packaging varies, and the price is decent. The taste is not great and may be due to the ingredients.
