Overall a good men’s vitamin. Fair price and seems to have helped my husbands blood work stay steady and keep at healthy levels. He eats well and goes to the gym and takes these and feels like overall he has more energy

The only vitamins I can ensure my husband takes everyday. It gets all of his necessary vitamins and minerals in a small dose as opposed to multiple pills.

Not sure about effectiveness but it is easy to take and at least no harm at all. If you don't want too much sugar to keep fit buy it. But without sugar it's easy to forget taking...

The only downside to the vitamins are that the pills are hard to swallow and you can definitely taste the vitamins. Lol but they also have gummy’s forms. I will be trying those next! Lol

I used to take one everyday and I don’t know if it maked a difference. I took them for 3 months and didn’t really see any changes. Maybe it was working and I didn’t know it

I take this multivitamin each morning with food. Makes me feel like I'm doing something good for my body and it's really easy to add this to my diet. 

I've been ising these for years. Whole generally try to eat a balanced diet, they help to make up for the nutrients that get left out of my diet. I would highly recommend for most men.

Well it's a vitamin for men. No idea if it does anything but they go down easy and i don't have any bad taste during or after. I would recommend this product.

I take this vitamin daily and feel a good amount of energy throughout the day. The pills are slightly large so you may need a big gulp of water or juice to swallow it down. I prefer juice as the taste of the pill sometimes gets on my tongue.
