My husband takes this every day for his vitamin and like it. I like the packaging of the box that it comes in, and the bottle is easy to open and shut.

Overall a good men’s vitamin. Fair price and seems to have helped my husbands blood work stay steady and keep at healthy levels. He eats well and goes to the gym and takes these and feels like overall he has more energy

i take this one every morning before work . It help me have energy in the morning but it don't have any taste and the tablet kind of big . Good vitamins for cheap price .

I’ve been taking men’s one a day for years. I don’t know for sure if it actually helps. But I don’t have any negative effects from taking them. And I like to believe it fills in any possible gaps in my daily nutrition intake.

Not sure about effectiveness but it is easy to take and at least no harm at all. If you don't want too much sugar to keep fit buy it. But without sugar it's easy to forget taking...

The only downside to the vitamins are that the pills are hard to swallow and you can definitely taste the vitamins. Lol but they also have gummy’s forms. I will be trying those next! Lol

My goto daily vitamin has always been One A Day for the past twenty years. Always of the highest quality and I feel so much better when I take my vitamins. If I forget a day,it's definitely noticeable. I have less energy and feel down.
