[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This multi-vitamin is very comparable to the supplement that I normally take. The packaging is nice and clear as the benefits offered. The capsules are easy to take. I would definitely buy this again.

My husband takes them. The bottle we purchased was the 300 tablets so that's a lot for price. You take them once a day with food. Tablets are never tasty but if you have something to eat and drink with it it goes right down. When taken on routine you can notice small changes.

My only qualm is the size, it's on the thicker side so I would really only recommend if you're used to taking pills already or else it'll be bit of a hard swallow to get used to.
