Need a good multi-vitamin as I age to provide a great supplement. The container wasn't hard to open with my hands and it didn't smell terrible. Easier to swallow than others I have tried.

I’ve been taking for a week now and no big issues. I do get an upset stomach if I take without a meal. Additionally, this vitamin lacks IRON which is definitely needed for daily intake. So I gave it four stars because it lacks iron which definitely should be included in every daily vitamin supplement.

These One A Day multivitamins are easy to swallow compared to many in the market and it's convenient to just take 1 tablet instead of many. The ingredients are light on his stomach and he had no issues from day 1. They seem to be easily absorbed as he does feel a big difference in his overall energy levels.

I don't get a bad taste and I do feel better that I am covering some of my nutritional bases, while not obsessing over the fine details of nutrition. They recommend that you take one a day with food. I have found with some multivitamins that if I do not take with food, I get an upset stomach. I haven't tested whether or not that is the case with these supplements. Overall I think One A Day makes good products and I do recommend them.
