I don't take One A Day Men's Health myself, but my spouse does and he's a fan. It's his go-to daily multivitamin since it is a well-balanced supplement with all the vitamins and minerals the average male requires. His latest physical and bloodwork turned out great, so I'd say it's doing its job.

My wife has been taking one a day for women for a few years now, and she has nothing but good things to say. I like that one a day has all my Vitamin A,C,E, and B12, plus so many others.!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These left an after taste that I didn't care for. They might be ok for someone that isn't bothered by after taste. I tried them two times and just couldn't stand it so I stopped taking them so I can't say if they worked well. But I'm sure they would since the seem to have all the things a multivitamin for men should have.

Started trying this a few weeks ago to help support my overall balance amongst my intake of nutrients. I knew I was falling short in several categories considering I don't always have the option to put together a nutrient-rich meal, as I'd describe my diet as being pretty average compared to other men my age, have the occasional adult beverage(s), some snacks here and there, etc, by no means a great diet. I usually lean towards eating mostly proteins, some fruits, limited veggies, and dairy (milk + yogurts). Needless to say, I was feeling tired, lack of motivation, kind of just skimming along, and wanted to make a change. I'm in fairly good/average physical shape and am decently active, but living in an area where activity is suppressed in the Winter months due to the weather, the seasonal impacts were taking a toll. Since using this daily for the past few weeks, in general, I have felt much more alert, energized, stronger, motivated, and in a better mood mentally. I've even noticed an improvement in my sleep (can sleep 5 - 9 hours and feel well rested regardless), not sure if this vitamin has any role to play with that, but it feels that it has helped. It's easy to take, literally just 1 pill in which I'll have in the morning. My only question with it is if it truly does satisfy your bodies nutrient intake such as how foods become absorbed and are directly infused into your body, or if it is just a pyschological booster. Hoping that this at least gives some lasting impression on your body. Either way, physically & mentally there has been a positive difference for me vs when not using it. Have nothing negative to share regarding this vitamin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not bad for a one a day vitamin, but I wouldn't say I noticed a huge difference after consistently taking them. Do they work? Maybe? I'm not sure. I suppose it's peace of mind when taking them consistently.
