I also don't keep the best track of my deficiencies. At least when taking these I know for sure I'm getting what I need! I love that its one pill, and an easy enough one to swallow. It's packed with tons of good stuff to help keep me balanced, give me more energy and keep me going. I have been taking this for awhile now and I do feel better, ill call that a win.

This Men’s one a day has it all! With one pill a day I know I get all the vitamins my body needs. Only downside is the pill is on the larger side but altogether it wasn’t that bad and I’d rather take one pill instead of many.
