I have been using them for several weeks now and I’m very happy with how I feel overall. This vitamin is designed to address key health concerns of men. It contains vitamins a, B6, B12, K, and many many more. it also is supposed to support healthy blood pressure, my immune system, and give me more energy. The vitamins are very easy to take and I will continue to use these in the future.

The tablets are not too big, so they are pretty easy to swallow. It includes a variety of vitamins of minerals, but does not contain iron. It has no artificial colors or sweeteners.
